 Required Skills and Experience:
 
 
 
 &bull; Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering and assembly processes in the automotive domain.
 
 
 &bull; Experience in assembly line planning, line balancing, TAKT/cycle time calculations, and process optimization.
 
 
 &bull; Proficiency in DFA/DFM principles and time study methodologies (MTM/MOST).
 
 
 &bull; Hands-on experience in designing jigs and fixtures.
 
 
 &bull; Good knowledge of tools, part attributes, and quality considerations in assembly process planning.
 
 
 &bull; 2&ndash;8 years of experience in automotive manufacturing/production engineering.
 
 
 &bull; Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and cross-functional collaboration.
 
 
 
 Educational Qualifications:
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
 
 
 &bull; Additional certifications (good to have): MTM certification, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.
 
 
 
 Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
 
 
 
 &bull; Exposure to automotive OEM/Tier-1 assembly environments.
 
 
 &bull; Experience with international projects and cross-cultural collaboration.
 
 
 &bull; Familiarity with Daimler processes, tools, or global stakeholder interactions.
 
 
 &bull; Knowledge of digital manufacturing tools (e.g., process simulation, layout planning software).
