About the Role: 
The Senior Ops Data Analyst is a senior individual contributor within the Systems &amp; Analytics organization responsible for delivering accurate, consistent, and actionable operational reporting across Client Operations (Support, Customer Success, and Implementation Services).
This role owns cross-functional operational and executive reporting, ensuring leaders have a clear, trusted view of performance, health, and risk across the organization. The Senior Ops Data Analyst partners closely with Systems &amp; Analytics leadership to understand how data flows across core systems and to support improvements to data quality and reporting reliability.

Jeeny is a mobile application that eases daily commuting and transportation. By connecting you with your preferred mode of transportation, we are fulfilling our aim of making mobility accessible, affordable, and flexible for all. 
We are a joint venture between MEIG (Middle East Internet Group), Rocket Internet, and IMENA. Jeeny was established in 2014 as Easy Taxi. However, in 2016, it was revamped as Jeeny to cater to other services. Currently, we are operational in Saudi Arabia and Jordan. 
We have offices in Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar, Amman, Lahore, and Karachi. 
 
About the Role: 
We&rsquo;re looking for an analytically sharp, business-minded Operations Analyst who is obsessed with impact and ROI, not just dashboards. You&rsquo;ll work closely with Operations, Product, and Growth teams to turn data into decisions, solve real business problems, and drive measurable outcomes.
This is a great role for someone early in their analytics career who has strong thinking skills and wants to grow their SQL/Excel muscles on the job. 
 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Own business problems end-to-end: from defining the problem analyzing data recommending actions tracking impact</li><li>
Build simple analyses using SQL and Excel (beginner level is okay &ndash; learning mindset is key)</li><li>
Translate messy business questions into structured analytical problems</li><li>
Measure ROI and impact of initiatives (campaigns, features, operational changes, etc.)</li><li>
Work closely with stakeholders (BI, Product, Growth, CX, Tech)</li><li>
Proactively identify opportunities to, improve efficiency, reduce cost &amp; increase growth or quality</li><li>
Turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations (not just numbers)</li></ul> 

Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in analytics, marketing or any other related field.</li><li>
Strong problem-solving mindset</li><li>
