JOB SUMMARY</b></div></div><div>
Supports and works effectively with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Quality Assurance, and other departments to provide world class service to our customers in the food &amp; nutrition industries. Possess or develop a strong understanding of the manufacturing supply chain and contract manufacturing (CM) supply/ship process</li><li>
Ensure all orders and order change requests are processed accurately and in a timely manner</li><li>
Ensure order accuracy by following established department policies and procedures</li><li>
Determine accurate ship and delivery dates based on system-generated commitment dates, available inventory, sales forecasting, product lead-time, carrier routing calculations, and customer delivery and method of shipment requests for all items ordered</li><li>

The Animal Care Specialist is responsible for assisting in the overall care of animals in the Oceanarium department. The department consists of teams that care for Cetaceans, Penguins and Otters, Sea lions, and Animal Ambassadors. The Animal Care Specialist is a supportive role that focuses on learning the skill set for caring for animals, while also providing an educational experience for the visitor. While in this role, staff will learn about the animals under their care and the basic science of operant conditioning.

The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for:</b></p><p>
To solve organizational challenges, understand all aspects of the business and serve as an internal consultant and thought partner to leadership on employee-related and organizational topics. Develops and implements HR strategies that will drive the business to meet its goals. This role requires strategic reasoning, critical thinking, use of data to guide work and the ability to challenge decisions and influence leaders to reassess how work is done in order to foster a positive work environment.</p><ul><li>
Partners with leadership in multiple business units to design and execute HR strategies to develop, motivate, and retain employees</li><li>
Execute programs and leads initiatives, such as talent management, performance management, leadership coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, learning and development, and strategic organizational development</li><li>
Acts as a subject matter expert regarding organizational and employee-related planning and execution</li><li>
Provide insightful data to guide decision making and offer proactive solutions, solving problems and getting to the root cause of any issue, regardless of complexity.</li><li>
Consult with leadership to create comprehensive action plans to influence lasting and sustainable efficiencies. Design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond human resources and organizational solutions.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Job Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field required</li><li>
5 years of relevant work experience, progressively more related experience</li><li>
Experiene in the healthcare field, especially behavioral health, is strongly preferred.</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to analyze data, understand trends, develop and monitor action plans and recommendations for action based on the analysis</li><li>
Strong ability to influence leaders by building effective relationships and manage complex</li><li>
Flexible - comfortable jumping in to get things done and being part of complex strategic discussions</li><li>
Strong sense of the importance of teamwork and collaboration</li><li>
Good communication skills to understand and communicate large, complex change</li></ul><p>
The compensation range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 based on experience level.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</b>
