<div>Qualifications Required<ul><li>

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Branch Manager:
<ul>
<li>Execute the branches&rsquo; strategic direction by aligning branch activities with key performance indicators (KPIs). This includes but is not limited to developing a comprehensive understanding of the Credit Union&rsquo;s financials to inform well-founded recommendations for branch goals, objectives, and sales strategies. Design and implement promotions that align with the Credit Union&rsquo;s initiatives while delivering meaningful value to the branch.</li>
<li>Manage the full member experience in the branch, cultivating a hospitality‑inspired environment that engages members through both the physical space and the interactive branch technology. Maintain full responsibility for branch presentation by ensuring a clean, organized, and professional environment that reinforces the hospitality experience, promptly addressing or reporting facility and equipment issues, and supporting operations.</li>
<li>Support employees with addressing and resolving complex and/or escalated member situations while effectively evaluating risk in decision making transactions and member requests across the branch network. While providing this support, proactively upskill employees so they can independently manage similar situations in the future. Must proactively identify and address potential operational, compliance, and security risks, taking appropriate action to mitigate impact and maintain branch integrity.</li>
<li>Leverage engagement tools, such as employee surveys and feedback platforms, to identify opportunities for employee engagement improvement by encouraging open communication and collaboration amongst the team and implementing initiatives that strengthen team morale that aligns team culture with organizational values.</li>
<li>Evaluate and manage the employee performance cycle including but not limited to observing and assessing employee performance regularly through direct interaction, shadowing, and feedback, identifying strengths and areas for improvement, providing and documenting clear, consistent and timely performance feedback, conducting performance reviews, recommending salary increases, promotions, and recommending, drafting, and delivering corrective actions. Collaborate with management peers to support the development and oversight of shared employees, as well as those reporting to other departments, who deliver member services within the branch(es).</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Member Lending Manager in the development and performance management of the branch Loan Officers, provide feedback and coaching to employees, while effectively communicating branch needs and working together to ensure exceptional member service.</li>
<li>Assume full ownership of branch compliance expectations by overseeing all regulatory, policy, procedural, and audit requirements, ensuring timely identification and resolution of exceptions, maintaining complete and accurate audit performance, and proactively coaching team to uphold the highest standards of compliance, risk management, and legal adherence.</li>
<li>Identify and act on items that increase branch performance and improve processes, procedures, and the member service experience. Document and share findings and best practices with peers.</li>
<li>Oversee the hiring and onboarding processes to ensure new team members are smoothly integrated. Maintain optimal staffing levels through consistent analysis and awareness of branch metrics and collaborative strategic scheduling in partnership with Workforce</li>

Senior Branch Manager:

<li>Leverage in-depth knowledge of branch performance metrics and Credit Union financials to lead the development and execution of strategies that enhance branch productivity, drive sales growth, streamline processes, and elevate the member service experience across the branch network.</li>

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

Branch Manager:

<li>Degree in a related field is preferred; High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.</li>
<li>Prior experience leading others formally or informally is required; or completion of one of the Credit Union&rsquo;s leadership programs in lieu of experience.</li>

This position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including clinicians, finance, legal, and logistics to maintain a resilient supply chain, minimize risk, and drive value through supplier performance and contract negotiations.</h2>
<ul><li>Manages clinical and non-clinical supplies, equipment or services portfolios in collaboration with clinicians, supply chain, and third-party vendors/group Purchasing Organization (GPO) to drive cost reduction initiatives including regular utilization review and spend analysis.</li>
<li>Provide category expertise and experience to support sourcing initiatives and lead high priority strategic sourcing projects as needed and drives use of best practices and standardization of the strategic sourcing process within the team of Sourcing Specialists.
</li><li>Assigns strategic sourcing projects to Sourcing Specialists and monitors project performance by regularly reporting results.</li>
<li>Facilitates the use of clinical and non-clinical outcome data and benchmarking to support the selection of ongoing use of selected products or services.</li>
<li>Develops qualitative/quantitative analyses to assess existing and new vendors and reporting platforms for tracking product utilization and cost reduction efforts.</li>
<li>Leads negotiation of key business terms related to savings initiative and ongoing portfolio maintenance.
</li><li>Works with the GPO to identify cost savings opportunities, program initiatives and best practices.
</li><li>Supports Value Analysis Committees focused on new product introductions, product trials and overall product/service change initiatives with Value Analysis.</li>

<li>Establishes savings tracking methodology, performs savings tracking and reports realized savings on a continual basis.</li>
<li>Directly supervises assigned staff, including hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions and employee development to ensure achievement of departmental goals and organizational standards.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Healthcare Administration or related field.
</li><li>5 years of strategic sourcing and category management/value analysis or procurement experience with at least 2 years in a hospital setting including in-depth knowledge of strategic sourcing processes. Prior experience with group purchasing organization (GPO) preferred.
</li><li>Strong knowledge of healthcare purchasing practices, medical supply chain and healthcare purchasing regulations.
</li><li>Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage, develop and lead staff including hiring, training, scheduling, coaching and performance evaluations.
</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
</li><li>Understanding of financial analysis and quantitative/qualitative assessment data</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The Application Support Manager is responsible for the daily operations, stability, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications supporting PSW/MHS health plan operations. This role oversees incident, problem, and change management for applications, ensures service levels are met, and drives operational reliability, release readiness, and vendor performance. The manager establishes ITIL-aligned practices and enforces HIPAA-compliant operational controls for systems processing PHI.

Essential Functions: 
<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day application operations, including Level 2/3 triage, escalations, and on-call support for business-critical applications (claims, credentialing, member services, provider operations, data exchange).</li><li>Implement and continually improve ITIL practices for incident, problem, change, request, knowledge, and service level management; standardize runbooks and value streams.</li><li>Monitor application performance and availability; lead root cause analysis and corrective actions to reduce repeat incidents and technical debt.</li><li>Coordinate with Security, Infrastructure, Data, and vendor teams to plan and execute releases, patches, and configuration changes with minimal risk and downtime.</li><li>Maintain non-production and production environment readiness, ensuring appropriate separation of duties and compliance with security policies.</li><li>Manage day-to-day vendor performance for application support and hosted services; track SLAs, KPIs, and contract deliverables; drive escalations to closure.</li><li>Serve as a partner for business owners to align road maps and prioritize demand using transparent intake and scoring.</li><li>Implement operational controls aligned to HIPAA Privacy/Security/Breach Notification Rules; maintain support artifacts for audits.</li><li>Ensure knowledge articles and tickets capture sufficient evidence for SLAs, change approvals, and compliance reporting.</li><li>Lead, coach, and develop the application support team; define roles, set objectives, mentor on ITIL practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.</li></ul></div>
