<p></p><p>We are looking for our dynamic <b>Outside Sales Manager( M/F)</b> to lead our field sales team and drive growth across the territory. This role combines leadership, strategic planning, and customer engagement to deliver exceptional results in a competitive market.</p>

<li>Guide and develop the field sales team through effective communication, motivation, skills and performance management techniques.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers</li>
<li>Assign account responsibilities to maximize market penetration and account coverage.</li>
<li>Conduct regular customer visits to understand technical needs and growth opportunities.</li>
<li>Market knowledge and analysis</li>
<li>Participate in defining annual and quarterly goals</li>
<li>Develops and leads sales campaign</li>
<li>Coordinate samples, supplier meetings, and engineering support.</li>
<li>Stay aware and make report on market trend and requirements</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to opoerational standard processes and quality standard</li>
<li>Prepare regular reports and presentation</li>

<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What you bring to us:</b></h2>
<p></p><ul><li>University degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related field.</li>
<li>Minimum 5+ years of sales experience or equivalent, where you gained solid knowledge preferably of the industry products and services.</li>
<li>Previous leadership or management experience preferred.</li>
<li>Self Motivation and Adaptability</li>
<li>Strong analytical and sales methodology skills and solution oriented approach</li>
<li>Fluent Turkish and good English in both speaking and writing.</li>
<li>You have great knowledge of MS Office applications</li>
<li>You are willing to travel locally frequently and abroad occasionally, valid Driver&rsquo;s License is required.</li>

Account Management &amp; Growth:</i></p><ul><li>
Call on and meet with prospective and existing customers to promote MRO products and solutions, including maintenance supplies, tools, safety equipment, and other industrial consumables.</li><li>
Identify customer needs and provide consultative solutions to support their maintenance and operational requirements.</li><li>
Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.</li><li>
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize account potential.</li><li>
Develop new contacts and opportunities within assigned accounts to gainshare of wallet through category expansion</li></ul><p></p><p><i><br>
Territory Planning &amp; Lead Generation:</i></p><ul><li>
Prospect within assigned region to generate and qualify new leads.</li><li>
Utilize various channels such as networking, industry events, and referrals to expand reach.</li><li>
Plan and execute territory coverage efficiently to optimize sales opportunities.</li></ul><p></p><p><i><br>
Market &amp; Competitor Analysis:</i></p><ul><li>
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and product innovations.</li><li>

Competencies and skills</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
3-5 years of outside sales experience within the MRO or industrial supplies industry preferred.</li><li>
Familiarity with maintenance, repair, and operations products and the needs of manufacturing or facility management.</li><li>
Proven success in B2B sales with a strong customer-focused approach.</li><li>
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>
Excellent time management and territory planning abilities.</li><li>
Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite for tracking and reporting.</li><li>
Basic understanding of MRO product lines, including material handling, tools, safety equipment, fasteners, or related supplies.</li><li>
Knowledge of material handling and industrial maintenance is a plus.</li><li>
Minimum of an associate&rsquo;s degree or equivalent in a related field; a bachelor&rsquo;s degree is preferred.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
