<div><div><div><div><b>I. JOB SUMMARY:</b> MyAMC, LLC is rapidly expanding nationwide. The Outside Sales Representative will be critical in driving growth for our primary lines of business &ndash; origination, post-closing, and automated valuation services. This role will be responsible for prospecting, vetting, and closing new business. Additionally, the Outside Sales Representative will partner with operations to onboard, support, and ultimately promote existing customer growth.

<li>Develop new prospects through a substantial personal rolodex in the valuation or closing services industries</li>
<li>Effectively promote our value proposition by networking, prospecting, cold calling, and pursuing marketing leads</li>

<li>Partner with the marketing team to develop prospect target lists</li>

<li>Conduct prospect vetting to discover business requirements, including integration with LOS or 3rd party appraisal management software</li>
<li>Partner with the sales support team to prepare and deliver RFP&rsquo;s</li>
<li>Partner with the sales support team to negotiate Client Fees and SLA&rsquo;s</li>
<li>Partner with the sales support team to assist in the onboarding process</li>
<li>Partner with the customer support team to establish performance review and feedback channels</li>
