 An SP+ Cashier will create an efficient, stress-free, and enjoyable experience for each customer.
 <br/>

 This includes receiving payment from customers for parking services and facilitating the flow of

 traffic through the facility by performing the following duties:

   Counts &ldquo;bank&rdquo; of revenue at beginning of shift to ensure starting total is correct.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collects cash and/or validations and maintains security of cash.
  </li>
  <li>
   Makes change and issues receipts or tickets to customer for each transaction.
  </li>
  <li>
   Computes or re-computes bill from ticket showing amount due per customer.
  </li>
  <li>
   Operates cash register after time calculation (manually or by machine), calculates cost or transaction and displays cost of customer transaction on cash register.
  </li>
  <li>
   Quotes prices for parking services for which money is received upon customer receipt.
  </li>
  <li>
   Gives directions to city locations and assists customers, ensuring they get where they are going easily and efficiently.
  </li>

   Completes lost ticket forms when original tickets cannot be located.
  </li>
  <li>
   Resolves customer complaints quickly and efficiently, asking a supervisor for assistance when needed.
  </li>
  <li>
   Answers telephone in a prompt and courteous manner.
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintains cleanliness of booth and picks up trash in the surrounding area.
  </li>
  <li>
   Conducts timely checks to see if a proper inventory of necessary work aids and supplies are located in booth.

   Verifies log of shift transactions against bank of &ldquo;revenue&rdquo; on hand.
  </li>

   Compiles &ldquo;bank&rdquo; of collected revenue during the day once a predetermined amount of money has been collected.

The Parking Cashier is responsible for operating a specified parking lot by performing cash transactions and providing excellent customer service. The Cashier ensures proper ticket handling and guest payments while delivering service that exceeds our customer/client&rsquo;s expectations. The Cashier is responsible for taking payments and assisting guests as they enter or exit the property. The Cashier works closely with fellow team members, Operation Manager, and/or Shift Supervisor to ensure that cash handling procedures as well as safety standards are met at all times.</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>

<li>Walking through the parking lot and picking up any excess garbage and changing bags in garbage cans</li>
<li>Ensuring supplies are properly stacked and organized at all times</li>
<li>Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment</li>
<li>Ensuring the windows and doors are locked and cash is taken with you if you have to leave the booth for any reason</li>
<li>Securing your monies and control sheets by putting them in a deposit bag and keeping it secure prior to their deposit</li>
<li>Report all odd occurrences or strange persons on the lot to your supervisor immediately</li>
<li>Responsible for being punctual and ensuring that your timecard is punched at the beginning and end of your shift</li>
<li>Adhering to the Reimagined Parking dress code for proper attire and grooming</li>
<li>Responsible for adhering to all company policies and procedures</li>
