About the role
As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will partner with the partner management and alliance team to execute sales enablement and demand generation strategies that support sales pipeline growth and revenue, aligning with Insight&rsquo;s strategic go-to-market growth goals. <ul><li>Help Partners manage and optimise customer relationships using CRM systems and tools to improve customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention, by implementing CRM strategies, defining KPIs and measurement frameworks, analysing data, and generating insights.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>Collaborate extensively across many teams, internationally and locally, both internally at Apple and externally with partners such as Carriers, Retailers, Banks, SMB&rsquo;s and Enterprise Resellers, Media Content Providers and more.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>Inspire and contribute to the large global network of Geo (global) Partner Communications Managers, sharing best practices, learnings and case studies.</li></ul> 
<ul><li>International travel may be required 3-4 times per year.</li></ul>

Ability to develop positive relationships with partners and inspire them about what's possible within their digital and CRM frameworks. 
 
Thrive as part of a cross-functional team, flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment as a member of a high-performing team, yet also have the ability to lead. 
 
Can confidently build rapport, credibility and influence across multiple stakeholders in a highly matrix&rsquo;d organisation. 
 
Experience in understanding business and product strategy and consumer insights, to build a global communications strategy for partners. 
 
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree, MBA or advanced business degree. 
 
Minimum Qualifications 
8+ years experience in marketing communications. 
 
Experience in international account management and/or strategy at an advertising agency or in-house marketing communications for a global brand. 
 
Deep understanding of digital platforms (social, eCRM, e-commerce platforms, content, performance marketing, digital in-store) and how they can be leveraged to deliver the most compelling product experience throughout the customer journey. 
 
Experience in brand communications - from strategy to execution.
