Managing Activities<br>

1. Project Planning &amp; Scheduling<br>
Ensure the EPCC Contractor develops and maintains comprehensive project schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover phases, fully compliant with contract requirements.<br>
Lead the development and approval of baseline schedules, including resource loading and logic networks.<br>
Oversee the Contractor&rsquo;s critical path analysis, float management, and schedule optimization to ensure timely achievement of project milestones.<br>
Coordinate with discipline leads and contractors to align detailed schedules with the overall project master schedule.<br>
Monitor actual progress against baseline and forecast schedules, promptly identifying variances, delays, and recommending effective recovery or acceleration plans.<br>
Implement and manage planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project), ensuring consistent application and reporting standards across all stakeholders.<br>
2. Progress Monitoring &amp; Reporting<br>
Track and report physical progress, earned value, and schedule performance metrics.<br>
Validate and review monthly progress reports and updates submitted by contractors.<br>
Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for senior management and stakeholders.<br>
Support the preparation of Steering Committee presentations, highlighting key risks, achievements, and deviations from plan.<br>
Maintain accurate, centralized, and auditable records of planning data, progress curves, and performance trends.<br>
3. Resource Planning<br>
Ensure the EPCC Contractor develops resource histograms, manpower plans, and productivity tracking systems.<br>
Review and validate resource allocations and productivity assumptions in the schedule.<br>
Assist in forecasting impacts of schedule changes, delays, and acceleration measures.<br>
Ensure all planning deliverables comply with EPCC contract requirements and project procedures.<br>

Deck Operative/ Banksman M/F</p><p>
Job Purpose:</p><ul><li>
Safely assist in operation of various lifting and deck activit&eacute;s within safe working load (SWL).
 <br>
Work at height within operational limits.
 <br>
Assist in completion of preventive maintenance work.
 <br>
Optimise the safe offloading and loading of cargo to and from supply vessels.
 <br>
Overseeing the safe Transfer of personnel to and from shuttle vessels.
 <br>
Provide visible leadership to personnel to ensure safety targets are met.
 <br>
Promote NOC core values by being a safety role model, showing trust, respect and commitment,
<br>
fostering collaboration across the organization.
 <br>
Promote cost consciousness in order to embed a strong cost culture.
 <br>
Drive an incident free environment by establishing and maintaining a strong incident free culture.
 <br>
Actively participates in and promotes company health and safety campaigns, policies and procedures,
<br>
that ensures personal safety and that of colleagues at all times.
 <br>
Ensure compliance with Operating Procedures and Guidelines to ensure Process Safety, Operational
<br>
Safety and Plant Integrity.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Your profile</b></h3><p>
Education: High School Diploma / College Technical certificate in discipline or higher
 <br>
Industry Experience: Minimum 4 years recent experience in offshore deck and cargo operations.
<br>
Competencies and Behaviors:<br>
 Thorough knowledge of Offshore lifting operations and Helicopter operations.
 <br>
Ability to set and implement operational objectives.
 <br>
Motivated, flexible in approach and with a proactive mindset.
 <br>
Ability to work with teams in a complex and multicultural environment.
 <br>
Leadership, communication and analytical skills.
 <br>
Fluent in written and spoken English.
 <br>
Computer literate.

Fitness to Work Certificate

Offshore Banksman Level 2 certificate
