Overview: 
The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of manufacturing operations in our newly established plant in Dammam to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production. This role is crucial for achieving company goals, maintaining compliance with Saudi regulations, and driving continuous improvement within the factory environment
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Oversee daily manufacturing operations and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products</li><li>
Implement cost-effective production methods while maintaining and improving quality standards</li><li>
Lead and develop the manufacturing team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and fostering a culture of safety and excellence</li><li>
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste</li><li>
Ensure compliance with Saudi health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as any industry-specific standards</li><li>
Monitor and analyze production KPIs, such as efficiency, downtime, cost management, and quality metrics, and take corrective actions as needed1</li><li>
Coordinate with supply chain, engineering, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless operations and timely material flow</li><li>
Maintain and schedule preventive maintenance for all manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime</li><li>
Prepare and present regular performance and progress reports to senior management</li><li>
Support business growth by developing and executing plans for capacity expansion, process upgrades, and new product introductions</li></ul>
Required Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field</li><li>
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region</li><li>
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production management, and regulatory compliance in Saudi Arabia</li><li>
Proficiency in ERP systems, lean manufacturing tools, and Six Sigma methodologies</li><li>
Excellent leadership, team management, and coaching skills</li><li>
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities</li><li>
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)</li><li>
High integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure</li><li>
Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required</li><li>
Experience in sectors relevant to Saudi industry, such as geodesic domes, oil industry components, or metal manufacturing, is highly desirable.</li><li>
Familiarity with Saudi customs clearance and import procedures is a plus</li></ul>
