Supervision and coordination of all personnel involved in the operation and maintenance of heating, cooling, refrigeration equipment, and all associated infrastructure. Oversee the daily duties of the Preventative Maintenance Department and assure complete record-keeping through a PM program.</li><li>

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:
At least 10 years experience as a plant or maintenance supervisor. Technical ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems along with their associated components. Be able to read MEP drawings. Capable of understanding and operating15Kv and 5Kv distribution systems. Must be available on a 24-hour basis in case of equipment failure. Must be able to train operators on equipment operation and safety.
