What You Will Do
<ul><li>Repair, install, and maintain all plumbing fixtures, fittings, and systems across guest rooms and public areas.
</li><li>Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance and assist in major repairs or shutdowns.
</li><li>Maintain records of work performed and materials used.
</li><li>Ensure all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with Four Seasons standards.
</li></ul>What You Bring
<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience as a Plumber or Maintenance Technician in a luxury hotel, resort, or similar environment .
</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, water supply, drainage, and sanitary installations.
</li><li>Basic understanding of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and maintenance manuals.
</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
</li><li>Professional demeanor with strong communication and teamwork skills.
</li><li>Ability to work efficiently under pressure and respond to emergencies quickly.
</li><li>Flexibility to work on a rotational schedule , including weekends, holidays, and emergencies.
</li><li>Physically fit to perform duties involving lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
