What You Will Do

• Repair, install, and maintain all plumbing fixtures, fittings, and systems across guest rooms and public areas.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

• Perform preventive maintenance and assist in major repairs or shutdowns.

• Maintain records of work performed and materials used.

• Ensure all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with Four Seasons standards.

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Plumber or Maintenance Technician in a luxury hotel, resort, or similar environment .

• Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, water supply, drainage, and sanitary installations.

• Basic understanding of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and maintenance manuals.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

• Professional demeanor with strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and respond to emergencies quickly.

• Flexibility to work on a rotational schedule , including weekends, holidays, and emergencies.

• Physically fit to perform duties involving lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
