   Operate or learn to operate Retail System Software to provide postal finance services to authorized patrons.

   Provide customer services to authorized patrons, explaining available postal services.

   Perform Parcel Inspection functions, inspect patron&rsquo;s parcel/letter prior to entering the postal system; ensuring every article are free of Non-mailable items prescribed by the Military.

   Perform closeout procedures of pouching and tagging all outgoing mailbags and OSP for dispatch to the assorted APO camps, U.S., European, or intra-theater gateways.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure slide label is date stamped and appropriate gateway fly tag is on OSP and mailbag. Annotate weight of all outgoing mail and record the each weight on the outgoing mail manifest worksheet.
  </li>
  <li>
   Process required mail manifest to dispatch the mail to the APO camps, JMMT, or Mail Control Activity (MCA) personnel at the local international airport. Daily record total volume and weight on mail dispatch log.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure mail truck staged overnight is secured using a lock and seal; record the seal number for new day confirmation to ensure mail was not compromised.
  </li>
  <li>
   Load outgoing mail on pallet, airline shipping cage and igloo, and mail truck. Prepare required mail manifest to relinquish custody of the mail for dispatch from the JMMT.

   Maintain high security of postal facility at all times, ensuring unauthorized personnel requiring access in the operations area are escorted to all areas in the facility.

Production Control Clerk Lead

 Under broad direction of the Production Control Lead/ Supervisor, the Stock Control Clerk responsible for ordering and receiving Class II, III and Class IV materials through the GCSS-A system. Monitors/maintains an accurate and up-to-date inventory control system involving transfer orders and DD1348-1A documentation daily. Performs daily GCSS-Army operation. Monitors and verifies all data input into GCSS-Army system. Produce management and production reports. Process supported customers request into the system. Maintains perpetual inventory system ensuring the inventory is completely counted monthly and quarterly. Generally, monitors stock control activities and provide technical assistance.

Under broad direction of the Production Control Lead/ Supervisor, the Stock Control Clerk responsible for ordering and receiving Class II, III and Class IV materials through the GCSS-A system. Monitors/maintains an accurate and up-to-date inventory control system involving transfer orders and DD1348-1A documentation daily. Performs daily GCSS-Army operation. Monitors and verifies all data input into GCSS-Army system. Produce management and production reports. Process supported customers request into the system. Maintains perpetual inventory system ensuring the inventory is completely counted monthly and quarterly. Generally, monitors stock control activities and provide technical assistance.</div>
Responsibilities:

Responsible for ordering and receiving Class II, III, and Class IV supplies and materials through the GCSS System.</li><li>
Packs and unpacks items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards.</li><li>
Submit/Pick-up work orders (DA Form 2407-E and DA Form 5988-E) Direct Support (DS) level maintenance through Maintenance Management Section.</li><li>
Monitor stock control operation and daily GCSS operation such as: location maintenance, inventory processing, and offer support for customer requests.</li><li>
Interfaces with GCSS-A and directs the ordering and tracking of materials and supplies to ensure delivery as scheduled.</li><li>
Report, monitor and process request, provide status and reconciliation list to supported customers.</li><li>
Maintains an accurate and up-to-date control of material on a daily basis.</li><li>
Control and verify all data input into GCSS processing.</li><li>
Ensures document will be retained for all items being turned in to Defense Reutilization Marketing Office (DRMO).</li><li>
Produce and analyze daily production reports.</li><li>
Provide technical assistance.</li><li>
Must be willing to work on holidays, short notices, all shifts, overtime and assigned to any MWR location in Kuwait. Vacation scheduling will also be dictated by mission requirements.</li><li>
Performs other duties as required and directed by MWR Management. Duties include but not limited to: assisting other department sections to ensure mission requirements, working different shift patterns, and cross leveling into different MWR job titles and duties when directed.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li><b>Minimum Qualifications</b>: Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.<ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
Associates degree in Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred.</li><li>
A valid driver&rsquo;s license from country of origin and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator&rsquo;s License (OF346)</li><li>
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Kuwait Drivers license</li><li>
