A small, dynamic, and solutions-driven team operating at Group level and reporting to the Group Director &ndash; Strategic Procurement. Working closely with the CFO/COO, the team drives excellence in sourcing, governance, and sustainability across all business units. Collaborative and innovation-focused, the team leads key transformation initiatives including group-level integration of indirect procurement, enhanced analytics and reporting, and IPO readiness.

  As a Procurement Analyst, you will:

   Consolidate and validate procurement data across business units, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ALEC policies.

   Develop and maintain analytics dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to track spend, savings, and supplier performance, turning data into strategic insights.

   Monitor and report on ESG, ICV, and Supplier Code of Conduct compliance, ensuring transparency and accountability across the supply chain.

   Support the adoption of digital procurement tools and identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and innovation.

   Collaborate with Procurement Managers and business units to align reporting and performance tracking across direct and indirect categories.

   Contribute to procurement transformation initiatives including ERP enhancements, data integrity, and process standardisation.

Position Overview</b></p><p></p><p>
The Procurement Analyst is responsible for all aspects of purchase agreement administration, including preparation of Request for Quotes (RFQs), negotiating terms, and creating/issuing/maintaining purchase orders. Monitor and help to strengthen and maintain a strong supply chain in the areas of quality, delivery, and cost control. Responsible for reviewing, processing and monitoring IT invoices in coordination with IT Finance for payment against Purchase Orders. What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></p><ul><li><p>
Responsible for performing purchasing tasks for IT purchases, including but not limited to: a) creation of purchase orders for approved requisitions; b) order confirmations; c) confirms receipt of ordered items/services; d) requests quotes and; e) reconciling invoicing issues by tracking payments against PO&rsquo;s and budget verifications</p></li><li><p>
Issue purchase orders and provide backup coverage for other procurement team members.</p></li><li><p>
Adds/maintains approved vendor accounts in system. Ensure timely delivery of goods to locations.</p></li><li><p>
