What You'll Be Doing</h2>
<ul><li>Support the procurement team in transactions and internal reporting for owner-furnished wind turbine equipment and long-term service agreements in close coordination with development, construction, and operations business units</li>

Identify and mitigate procurement risks including supply chain disruptions, cost volatility, and quality deviations.</li><li>
Take full ownership of preparing, conducting, and leading price negotiations independently.</li><li>
Optimize and standardize procurement workflows and tools to improve transparency and efficiency.</li><li>
Maintain accurate procurement documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier records.</li><li>
Monitor procurement costs continuously, identifying savings opportunities without compromising quality or delivery timelines.</li><li>
Oversee contract and supplier performance management, ensuring accountability and measurable value delivery.</li></ul> 

What You&rsquo;ll Need:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent years of experience (5 years) in Supply Chain specific to wind energy industry.</li><li>
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.</li><li>
Knowledge of wind energy technologies and supply chain dynamics.</li><li>
Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>
Ability to travel weekly or as needed.</li></ul>
