Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role supports the execution of marketing initiatives that promote brand awareness and engagement across multiple channels. The Marketing Coordinator will focus on website management, social media content creation, and coordination of trade shows and marketing events, ensuring consistent execution of marketing activities that support our strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Support: Assist with planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Content Management: Create, edit, and manage content for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital channels, including copywriting and basic graphic support.
  • Social Media Management: Manage company social media accounts, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and support paid social media advertising as needed.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and managing trade shows, marketing events, webinars, and presentations.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to support marketing strategy.
  • Data & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare regular marketing reports.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and messaging standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience.
  • Experience with or strong familiarity with digital marketing tools, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation software.
  • Solid understanding of multichannel marketing strategies, including social media marketing, content marketing, performance marketing, print advertising, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML for website updates and content management
  • Strong research and copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging, compelling content
  • Ability to analyze data to optimize campaigns and improve performance metrics
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
