The Procurement Officer is responsible for the acquisition of materials and services essential for project success. This role involves supplier pre-qualification, vendor negotiation, purchase order management, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement in alignment with project requirements and budgets.RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
