Position Summary: The Procurement Operations Lead provides day-to-day operational oversight of procurement execution within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) environment, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant purchase-to-pay (P2P) processing and adherence to internal controls. This role partners closely with the Director of Procurement Operations and provides functional guidance and workload coordination to Procurement Coordinators. The role does not include direct people-management responsibility, all procurement roles report to the Director of Procurement Operations. 
You must be local to the Irving, TX area and be able to work onsite 4 days per week. 

Responsibilities:

ERP &amp; Business Central Execution<ul><li>
Serve as the primary functional contact for procurement execution in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central</li><li>
Ensure accurate vendor, item, G/L coding, dimensions, approvals, and purchasing documentation</li><li>
Manage requisitions, POs, receipts, and invoice matching; resolve posting, approval, and data issues</li><li>
Validate PO compliance with contracts, pricing, and preferred suppliers</li><li>
Monitor three-way match exceptions, invoice discrepancies, and receiving accuracy</li></ul>

Qualifications:
