Role Overview:
We are seeking a senior General Manager – Procurement to lead end-to-end procurement strategy, vendor development, cost optimization, and sourcing operations across the organization. The role demands strong leadership, negotiation expertise, and strategic planning capability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall procurement strategy and operations
• Develop and manage key vendors, OEMs, and suppliers
• Drive cost reduction, rate negotiation, and contract finalization
• Ensure timely material planning and procurement execution
• Oversee procurement compliance, audits, and approvals
• Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and project teams
• Monitor vendor performance and process improvements
• Prepare MIS reports and present procurement performance to leadership
• Build and mentor high-performing procurement teams

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (B.Tech / MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in procurement leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, NVD, vendor management, and negotiation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Stable career background preferred
