Job Description</h1>
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Pay: $50hr.</li><li>
Schedule: Monday-Friday (7:00am-3:30pm).</li><li>
Manage all inventory ordering and the procurement of spare parts across all GMP Vertex Sites.</li><li>
Properly check, purchase, and maintain spare parts inventory in stockrooms.</li><li>
Manage all Spare Parts KPIs and report on a weekly basis.</li><li>
Manage all critical documentation (MOCs, Certificate of Quality).</li><li>
Report regularly on standard inventory control metrics including inventory ordering and usage trend reporting.</li><li>
Develop/Maintain multi-site trackers for open orders, spare parts spent, and reorder reports to monitor outstanding orders and manage supplier relationships.</li><li>
Timely data entry in the validated CMMS for received and issued parts and inventory.</li><li>
Daily Manufacturing/GMP Lab Consumable Receipt and Stock.</li><li>
Periodically execute cycle counts and update stockroom parts inventory. Report out on inventory turnover.</li><li>
Identify and correct any discrepancies in CMMS, such as item number, parts description, quantity etc; based on SOPs and GxP best practices.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with Facility Operations, End Users, Engineering, Quality and EH&amp;S as required to ensure parts availability to minimize impact to business.</li><li>
Maintain compliance with company policy and procedure as well as departmental forms, SOPs, and Work Instructions.</li><li>
Assist in the identification of alternative sources for equivalent parts and supplies to improve cost efficiency and minimize equipment downtime.</li><li>
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.</li><li>
Any other project-support inventory tasks and initiatives as directed by the Reliability Engineering team.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul><li>2-4 years minimum of inventory management experience.</li><li>
3-5 years of relevant work experience in the GMP Pharmaceutical Industry, or relevant comparable background.</li><li>
Proven ability to manage inventory of complicated and intricate parts, assemblies and supplies in a regulated GMP environment.</li><li>
Strong computer skills and experience developing and managing KPIs/Metrics.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and ability to work well with others.</li><li>

<div>The Sourcing Specialist Research is a key member of the Procure to Pay (P2P) team at Boston University. Under the general management of the Senior Associate Director of Research, the Sourcing Specialist is primarily responsible for the execution of an annual category plan for assigned indirect spend commodities. The Sourcing Specialist works independently as a member of the P2P Sourcing Team, and on an as-needed basis, support and collaborate with the Procurement, Shared Services, and Payables teams within P2P. Major duties of this position include:

<li>Deliver measurable, quantifiable cost and/or process efficiencies using BUs established Sourcing Methodology, which includes the following stages: 1) Project Confirmation, Analysis, and Planning, 2) Strategy Development, Competitive Event, and Selection, and 3) Implementation and Monitoring.</li>

Job Description:
Establish par levels for all supplies with manager of designee of unit. Review par levels of all special order items on a daily basis and reorder, as needed. Review daily schedule to determine urgent replacement on minimal par level items. Review all patient supply charges to determine appropriate charge per procedure and reorder, as necessary. Enter purchase orders with appropriate vendor for goods and services. Identify and contact sources for supplies; review literature, meet with vendor, coordinate meetings with key personnel and consults with purchasing for pricing. Communicate back order concerns and provide new sources of substitutes to satisfy departmental requirements. Obtain verbal and written quotations for goods and finalize pricing with Purchasing Department. Perform all necessary follow-up and expediting activities to ensure delivery requirements including reconciliation of order receiving. Collaborate with distribution personnel to ensure availability of hospital inventory for perioperative services. Review supplies budget and support financial analyst with monthly variance report. Maintain historical purchasing files, catalogs, pricing, and reference information; including all incoming and outgoing requests, purchase orders and contracts. Maintain accurate data entry requirements, interact with purchasing and distribution departments concerning questions related to supply sources, pricing, and procedures.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

As the Business Operations Specialist for Integrated Marketing, you will empower Integrated Marketing functions to operate more effectively by building scalable workflows, enabling tool adoption, and ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration. The client is looking for a specialist who will design, implement, and enable the use of Jira and Confluence projects, and then partner with marketing functions to adopt and own these tools long term. 
 
This role is not just about setting up projects, but about driving change management: facilitating discovery with stakeholders, creating intuitive workflows, training teams, and ensuring a smooth handoff so each group can independently manage their systems moving forward.
Work Location: Remote - anywhere in the US

Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Partner with Integrated Marketing leadership and end users to gather requirements, design workflows, and configure Jira projects and Confluence spaces tailored to team needs.</li><li>
Facilitate tool adoption and enablement by creating documentation, playbooks, and best practices, and by leading training sessions, office hours, and stakeholder workshops.</li><li>
Build Jira projects with custom workflows, dashboards, automations, and reporting structures, ensuring usability and scalability for marketing teams.</li><li>
Establish Confluence spaces for knowledge sharing, process documentation, and project tracking to support long-term team operations.</li><li>
Develop reusable templates, playbooks, or toolkits that make it easy for other teams to replicate successful setups.</li><li>
Act as a trusted advisor and change agent, guiding teams through the transition to Jira/Confluence while promoting best practices and consistent usage.</li><li>
Oversee the handoff of projects and trackers to marketing teams, ensuring they are enabled to manage and evolve the tools independently.</li><li>
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and recommend apps, plugins, or integrations that enhance efficiency and collaboration.</li><li>
Provide leadership with reports, project summaries, dashboards, and other visualizations that surface insight into dependencies, risks, and progress.</li><li>
Champion consistent use of Jira/Confluence across teams by sharing success stories and standardizing best practices.</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Strong expertise in Jira and Confluence, including building custom workflows, leveraging integrations, and developing scalable structures that support cross-functional collaboration.</li><li>
Experience working with go-to-market strategies</li><li>
Experience in developing, documenting, and enabling operational processes for marketing or go-to-market teams, with an emphasis on change management and adoption.</li><li>
Proven ability to partner with and present to Director+ leadership, translating complex operational needs into clear recommendations and solutions.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience conducting end-user discovery sessions to understand internal customer needs and designing Jira workflows and Confluence spaces that enable efficiency and adoption.</li><li>
Track record of building systems and frameworks that are successfully transitioned to new owners, ensuring long-term sustainability and self-sufficiency.</li><li>
Excellent communication, facilitation, and training skills, with the ability to influence and support stakeholders at all levels of the organization.</li><li>
Comfort and adaptability working in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders, balancing competing priorities, and bringing structure to ambiguity.</li></ul> 

Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Experience working in software-as-a-service (SaaS) organizations</li><li>
Familiarity with marketing operations workflows (e.g., campaign planning, product launches, content production, comms calendars) to design relevant Jira/Confluence solutions.</li><li>
Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies, with the ability to translate them into practical, tool-enabled workflows for non-technical teams.</li><li>
Project management or change management certifications</li></ul>
