Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination</li><li>
Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm&rsquo;s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements</li><li>
Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
</li><li>Oversee the establishment of a secure Partner Data Platform for in-place data consumption</li><li>
Lead strategy and implementation for third-party partner authentication and authorization integration with data systems</li><li>
Coordinate and participate in testing cycles to ensure data platform reliability and compliance</li><li>
Drive adoption of the Iceberg open table format</li><li>

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</b></p><ul><li>
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities</li><li>
Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes</li><li>
Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies</li><li>
Hands-on experience with Snowflake, AWS, Lake Formation, and access management</li><li>
Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, security, tokenization, and data anonymity principles</li><li>
Proven ability to create and deliver impactful presentations and decks</li><li>
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills; prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations and decks for stakeholders and leadership</li><li>
Experience supporting analytics and reporting use cases</li><li>
Previous experience with privacy preferences migration, customer data mapping, integration, and bulk loads</li><li>
