</div><div><p>The Current Product Design/Validation Engineer is responsible for increasing customer satisfactionby resolving design issues affecting current production tractors. This includes the application of 7-step problem solving methodology to analyze data, determine root cause and implement solutions thatimprove warranty, improve manufacturing, reduce cost, or add features.</p>

<li>Develop designs, layouts, and drawings for current product maintenance and qualityimprovement design and manufacturing issue resolution support.</li>
<li>Identify and collect information pertinent to engineering calculations to analyze and resolvedesign problems. Analyze data and apply statistical problem-solving techniques to determine rootcause.</li>
<li>Create test requests and shop work orders, resolve field product integrity reports (PIR&rsquo;s), andtrack progress.</li>
<li>Utilize appropriate engineering techniques and considerations of manufacturing processes andtechnology to produce innovative and cost-effective design solutions considering applicable safetyand environmental regulations and standards.</li>
<li>Support timely manufacturing issue resolution through direct interaction with plant andmanufacturing personnel supporting Design for Manufacturability requirements.</li>
<li>Work effectively with Supplier Quality/Manufacturing to ensure designs are efficient formanufacturing and able to meet quality requirements.</li>
<li>Track costs of completed designs with Product Development Purchasing and Product CostManagement teams.</li>
<li>Create 3D models using Pro/E Creo, generate engineering drawings following company standards,and write engineering change orders.</li>
