You will be a trusted resource within the team, creating detailed and accurate schematics, with the ability to run point for Production Art within given categories. Designs and produces visual communication materials using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop) on a Mac workstation within a cross-platform environment. Creates a wide range of professional Graphic Design tasks, requiring discretion and creativity within the bounds of professional standards, program and organizational State goals, regulations, and systems. Maintains records, job logs and backup computer files of projects by utilizing a system of forms and files developed by this unit. </div><div>Under general supervision, this role translates design concepts into production-ready artwork for marching band uniforms and accessories. Working under strict deadlines, the position ensures all graphics meet technical specifications, color standards, and production requirements while supporting consistent, high-quality output across large production runs.<br>
</div><div><b>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</b><br>
</div><div>1. Convert design concepts, sketches, and layouts into production-ready garment graphics for marching band uniforms and accessories.</div>
<div>2. Create and edit vector artwork using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for apparel printing.</div>
<div>3. Prepare and format artwork files according to production templates and printer specifications, and production standards.</div>
<div>4. Ensure accuracy of color modes, scaling, placement, and color matching (PMS, CMYK, RGB).</div>
<div>5. Maintain consistency of designs across multiple sizes and large production runs</div>
<div>6. Perform quality control checks on artwork prior to submission to printers to ensure accuracy and print readiness.</div>
<div>7. Collaborate with designers and production partners to review samples, troubleshoot issues, and implement revisions.</div>
