About the Role:
We&rsquo;re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Print Production Designer - Operations Assistant to join our growing team. 
This is a hands-on, hybrid role that bridges creativity and operations &mdash; ideal for someone with a graphic design background who understands screen printing and embroidery artwork and wants to learn the operational side of production.

What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing: 
Creative &amp; Production Tasks:<ul>

Prepare and format artwork for screen printing, embroidery, and DTF using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
</li><li>Review and proof files for proper sizing, color separations, and embroidery digitizing (DST, EMB, PDF formats).</li>
<li>Communicate with the creative and production teams to ensure designs are accurate and ready for production.</li>
<li>Maintain organized digital folders and assist with mockups, client approvals, and new design requests.</li>
</ul>
Operations &amp; Support Tasks:<ul>
<li>
Track production jobs and assist with scheduling to keep projects moving efficiently.</li>
<li>Help maintain logs and reports using basic Excel/Google Sheets (SUM formulas, sorting, filtering).
</li><li>Support management with order coordination, inventory tracking, and workflow improvements.</li>

Who We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul>

1&ndash;3 years of graphic design or print production experience.
</li><li>Proficient in Adobe Illustrator &amp; Photoshop (required).
