 Track and evaluate supplier performance based on key metrics such as quality, delivery time, and cost.
 </li>

 Conduct regular performance reviews with suppliers and implement improvement plans where necessary.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify shortcomings in supplier manufacturing processes and total value chains. Suggest and negotiate appropriate improvements with the purpose of increasing the overall cost-effectiveness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyse and evaluate proposed (by suppliers) costs for technical changes, claims related to volume, raw material, etc., and challenge the organization based on the results.
 </li>
