Nature of Workday</h2><ul><li>
This is a remote role. It has no regular in-office requirements, but you will need to be able to regularly attend digital meetings and collaborative virtual discussions.</li><li>
You will be expected to maintain a regular work schedule that allows at least 4 working hours&rsquo; overlap with the rest of the team (M&ndash;F, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Central time).</li><li>

<li>Strong understanding of substation equipment layout, bus configurations, and control/protection systems.</li>
</ul>
Preferred:
<ul>
<li>Experience with 3D design tools (e.g., Bentley Substation, AutoCAD 3D, or Revit).</li>
<li>Familiarity with BIM and intelligent design workflows.</li>
<li>Knowledge of P&amp;C schematics, SCADA, and relay panel design.</li>
<li>Previous experience in lead designer or checker roles.</li>
</ul>
