</b></p><p>1. Adhere to purchasing policies and practices to ensure highest quality, appropriate inventory levels, timely delivery, and competitive cost from suppliers.</p><p>
2. Execute strategic sourcing plans to support company objectives.</p><p>
3. Identify risks to SEL's supply chain and report to management; including overall market trends, capacity constraints, commodity risks, and business conditions for manufacturers and suppliers.</p><p>
4. Create and improve supplier partnerships by identifying areas for improvement, escalating issues to management and executing corrective action plans in accordance with World Class Manufacturing principles.</p><p>
5. Demonstrate business professionalism, purchasing fundamentals, time management, data analytics, supply chain management, supplier development, cost reduction strategy development and negotiation techniques.</p><p>
6. Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.</p><p>

Required Qualifications</b></p><p>
