<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Experience &amp; Education</h3>
<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer in a manufacturing environment 
(custom manufacturing or job‑shop experience preferred)</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited four‑year college or equivalent combination of education and experience</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Supply Chain &amp; Technical Skills</h3>
<ul><li>Basic understanding of supply chain and procurement concepts</li>
<li>Familiarity with manufacturing processes</li>
<li>Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, engineering change orders, and Bills of Materials</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills</li>
<li>Ability to interpret instructions presented in written, oral, diagram, or digital formats</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Communication &amp; Work Style</h3>
<ul><li>Strong interpersonal, customer service, and telephone skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities</li>
<li>Comfortable solving practical problems in environments with limited standardization</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Computer Skills</h3>
<ul><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li>
<li>Experience entering and maintaining data in ERP systems 
(SAP experience strongly preferred)</li>

<ul><li>Regularly required to sit and use hands for typing, handling materials, or filing</li>
