DAY IN THE LIFE:

   Management of PMC&rsquo;s engineering teams during FEED, bidding and EPC phases

   Compilation of the of scope of work documents, technical part of Invitation to Bid documents and the documentation of Project Milestone Reviews

   Coordination of reviews and comments on engineering and other technical deliverables of 3rd party companies like P&amp;IDs, line lists, equipment datasheets, instrumentation index, cable routing, etc. within the agreed review time.

   Coordination of PMC and client participation in team reviews like P&amp;ID reviews, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, 3D models, constructability reviews and other technical project reviews

   Ensures compliance with all applicable project standards and specifications

   Support of field engineering, Monitoring of status of test packages, welding maps, spool tracking, and field progress

   Coordinates with the commissioning team participation of the engineering team in punch walks, loop checks, PSSR reviews and assists in in preparing Mechanical Completion (MC) and Ready for Start-Up (RFSU) dossiers

   Ensures proper compilation and updating of as-built documents, redlines, MTOs, loop folders and commissioning binders and handover documentation.

   Ensures the delivery of the as built (End of Job) documentation to the client in time and good quality

   Contribution to the development of overall project schedule.

   Ensures work progress as per approved schedule in close cooperation with Project Controls Team

   Set up and regularly maintaining a project dashboard in close cooperation with Project Controls Team

What you will need to do:</b></p><ul><li>
Develop and implement the project risk management plan in coordination with the Project Controls Manager and project team.</li><li>
Create, maintain, and improve qualitative and quantitative Risk Analysis procedures in alignment with company standards and project requirements.</li><li>
Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk analysis (QRA) on engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning objectives.</li><li>
Prepare and maintain project risk registers, ensuring risks are properly categorized, quantified, tracked and updated.</li><li>
Facilitate risk workshops with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to identify threats, opportunities, and mitigation strategies.</li><li>
Provide detailed analysis on the probability of achieving key project objectives.</li><li>
Work closely with project stakeholders to validate risk inputs and mitigation strategies.</li><li>
Generate regular risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for project management, clients, and stakeholders.</li><li>
Advise project management on risk mitigation actions and contingency planning.</li><li>
Participate in project and client meetings to present risk analysis results and ensure alignment on project forecasts.</li><li>
Perform any other related duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>
 <b>What you will need to have:</b></p><ul><li>
University degree in Engineering or a related field.</li><li>
Should have PMI-RMP&reg; (Project Management Institute &ndash; Risk Management Professional) certification.</li><li>
Minimum 10 years&rsquo; relevant experience in EPC projects above US$100M.</li><li>
Direct experience with risk analysis tools (e.g. @Risk, Active Risk Manager, Primavera Risk Analysis, Acumen Fuse/Acumen Risk, etc.).</li><li>
Previous employment with leading EPC contractors highly preferred.</li><li>
Solid background in project controls, planning, and risk management.</li><li>
Experience in facilitating cross-functional risk workshops.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to perform under stressful situations and tight deadlines.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases.</li><li>
Fluency in English (written and spoken).</li><li>
Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.</li></ul><p><b>

Supervise daily fit-out works, coordinating subcontractors, labor, and material deliveries.</p><p>2. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, quality, and safety standards.</p><p>3.
