About the Role
Property Shop Investment (PSI) is looking for an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to support the commercial and operational performance of our digital marketing ecosystem.
This role goes beyond traditional digital marketing and focuses on digital acquisition, performance marketing, SEO, AEO, GEO, MarTech, AI initiatives, CRM, automation, analytics, digital platforms, and revenue growth.
The successful candidate should have a strong commercial mindset and understand how marketing investment, customer acquisition, conversion, technology, and customer lifetime value contribute to overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Commercial Performance
- Support the management of PSI's digital marketing budget and P&L.
- Monitor and optimize CAC, LTV, LTV:CAC ratio, ROAS, conversion rates, revenue contribution, and marketing efficiency.
- Evaluate marketing performance based on commercial results rather than leads and impressions alone.
- Identify inefficient spending and recommend budget reallocations toward higher-performing channels.
- Work closely with Finance, Sales, CRM, and Data teams to improve revenue attribution and customer value measurement.
- Support business cases for major digital, AI, and MarTech investments.
Digital Marketing & Performance
- Plan, execute, manage, and optimize digital acquisition campaigns across:
- Paid Search
- Paid Social
- Display
- Programmatic
- Property Portals
- Websites
- Landing Pages
- Other digital channels
- Monitor campaigns based on CAC, LTV, conversion, revenue, quality, efficiency, and scalability.
- Ensure proper tracking throughout the customer journey, from media spend to lead generation, sales engagement, conversion, and transaction.
- Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion.
SEO, AEO & GEO
- Develop and implement SEO strategies covering technical SEO, on-page optimization, content structure, internal linking, metadata, keywords, and website performance.
- Monitor organic rankings, traffic, visibility, conversion, CAC, and revenue contribution.
- Develop Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies.
- Develop Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to improve PSI's visibility across AI-powered search and generative platforms.
- Coordinate structured data, schema markup, content architecture, and technical optimization.
MarTech & Technology
- Support the management of PSI's MarTech ecosystem, platforms, integrations, subscriptions, and vendors.
- Coordinate integrations between CRM, websites, analytics platforms, advertising platforms, WhatsApp, lead management systems, and other business platforms.
- Identify technology gaps affecting acquisition, conversion, customer experience, and attribution.
- Evaluate technology investments based on business requirements, scalability, utilization, and ROI.
AI & Automation
- Identify and coordinate AI initiatives across marketing, lead management, customer engagement, sales enablement, content, analytics, and automation.
- Explore AI solutions such as:

Digital Products & Platforms

- Participate in testing, implementation, and post-launch performance monitoring.

- Monitor the complete customer acquisition funnel from enquiry to transaction.
- Analyze conversion across traffic, enquiry, qualification, assignment, contact, opportunity, viewing, negotiation, and transaction stages.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead routing, follow-up, nurturing, qualification, and conversion.
- Work with Sales and CRM teams to improve speed-to-lead and customer conversion.
- Use data to distinguish marketing challenges from sales or operational challenges.
Data, Analytics & Attribution
- Develop reporting connecting marketing activity with acquisition, revenue, LTV, and business performance.
- Monitor acquisition by source, campaign, audience, geography, project, and product.
- Measure CAC and LTV by acquisition source where data is available.
- Ensure dashboards focus on actionable commercial KPIs.
- Translate data into clear recommendations for management.
- Support forecasting and budget planning.
Project & Vendor Management
- Coordinate digital, AI, MarTech, and technology projects involving multiple departments and external vendors.
- Prepare project requirements, timelines, action plans, and status updates.
- Evaluate agencies, technology providers, AI companies, and MarTech vendors based on cost, scalability, expected benefits, and ROI.
- Monitor vendor performance and deliverables.
- Ensure technology investments are supported by a clear business case.

Requirements

- Experience managing or supporting significant digital marketing budgets.
- Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, LTV:CAC, ROAS, conversion, revenue, and digital marketing economics.
- Strong understanding of digital acquisition channels and customer funnels.
- Experience with CRM systems, analytics platforms, websites, marketing automation, or similar technologies.
- Good understanding of SEO and modern search optimization.
- Understanding of AEO, GEO, Generative AI, and AI-powered search.
