PURPOSE:This role is responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals related to the operation and maintenance of sewage collection networks. The Lead Proposal Engineer will be responsible for managing the complete tendering and estimation process for brownfield EPC and long-term maintenance projects. This includes handling client RFQs, preparing pre-qualifications, developing detailed technical and commercial proposals, and coordinating with internal departments, engineering consultants, and vendors. The role demands strong technical acumen, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines.
 The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of EPC project costing, estimation methodologies, and tender processes, along with proficiency in project planning tools such as Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project. The individual will serve as the single-point contact for proposal management, ensuring compliance with client requirements, optimizing cost and schedule, and supporting the sales and project execution teams through all phases of the bid process.
 
Key Responsibilities:
