Documentation &amp; Coordination:<ul><li>Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), MRN, Material Issue Slips, and Return Notes.</li><li>Support Accounts team for invoice verification and payment release as per delivery status.</li><li>Maintain Import Purchase and Local Purchase folders in Google Drive or ERP as per SOP.</li><li>Assist in cost comparison sheets and vendor performance reports.</li><li>Coordinate inter-departmentally for smooth material flow from Purchase &rarr; Stores &rarr; Production &rarr; Accounts.</li></ul>4.
