This role requires a proactive approach to managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.</p><p><b>Duties</b></p><ul><li>Responds prompty to incoming calls, emails and online inquires from customers while maintaining a professional demeanor.</li><li>While working collaboratively with the manufacturing team, process and manage incoming customer purchase orders in the system in a timely manner according to established department procedures.</li><li>Strong bilingual skills, with proficiency in English a plus.</li><li>Proactively follow up with customers regarding estimated shipment dates for orders, providing timely updates to maintain transparency.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with JobBOSS manufacturing system a plus.</li><li>Experience in sales or client services is highly desirable.</li><li>Provide timely and accurate information on incoming customer order status requests.</li><li>Coordinates activities involved with purchasing goods and services, such as raw material, equipment, tools, parts for customers orders.</li><li>Confers with vendors to obtain product and service information, such as price, availability, and delivery schedule.</li><li>Prepare purchase orders.</li><li>Maintains procurement records, such as items or services purchased, costs, and delivery.
