 Basic Qualifications:

 BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 1+ year(s) of management experience or 1+ year(s) of staff level engineering experience with management training
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years of industry experience in software design, development, and large-scale software engineering
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience programming in object-oriented and/or functional programming languages (like Java/Python/C/C++/Scala/etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in creation and execution of API product, platform &amp; partner strategy and roadmap
 
 
 
 </li>

 Preferred Qualifications:

 MS or PhD in Computer Science or related technical discipline

 2+ years of hands-on software engineering/technical management and people management experience

 Exceptional written, presentation, and oral communication skills, with the ability to create and present solutions to partners.

 Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of Partnerships and Business Development
 </li>
 <li>
 Passion for creating and sharing developer-focused content online or at events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of developer ecosystems and developer communities
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with legal and policy teams while developing software solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience integrating enterprise services, either as a consumer or provider
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing external partners/customers and collaborating with product, business development, and engineering teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience in talent management &amp; hiring integrations background is a big plus

 Good understanding of System Design &amp; Application Development, Distributed Systems,

 Experience with HTTP &amp; REST APIs, API Gateway, and API Security (e.g., OAuth2, OpenID Connect
