Monitor the workflow and make sure all transactions done by Front Office have been accurately processed (Posting, Accounts and Approvals). </div><div><p>The incumbent will assume responsibility for the Dividend and IPO Processing unit and will ensure timely and accurate distribution/ payments of dividends to a corporate entity&rsquo;s shareholders by virtue of the contractual arrangement entered into by the respective corporate entity with Group Corporate Credit. The incumbent will also supervise Initial Public Offering (IPO) related activities of corporate clientele through managing the IPO subscription process. Additionally the incumbent will assist in exploring the possibilities to enhance the IPO processing system and improve the dividend distribution for non-Qatari shareholders through the payment of their dividends with their currency.</p>

</div><div><p>A. Shareholder &amp; Financial:</p><ul><li>Assist in the creation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for performance monitoring and quality measurement purposes for the Dividend and IPO Processing Unit and monitor their achievement on periodic basis.
</li><li>Implements KPI&rsquo;s and best practices for Assistant Vice President Corporate Actions role.</li><li>Act within the limits of the powers delegated to the incumbent and delegate authority to the respective staff and monitor exercise of the same.</li><li>Demonstrate clear understanding of the important factors behind the bank's financial &amp; non-financial performance.</li><li>Promote cost consciousness and efficiency and enhance productivity, to minimise cost, avoid waste, and optimise benefits for the bank.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
B. Internal (Processes, Products, Regulatory):</b></p><ul><li>Ensure that set procedures and regulations are complied with during the processing of dividends and IPO.</li><li>Ensure the timely and accurate processing of all dividend and IPO related transactions, within the pre-agreed SLAexecution time-frames.</li><li>Ensure the timely distribution of QNB and other companies&rsquo; dividends to shareholders in a timely fashion.</li><li>Ensure the maintenance of shareholders unit files in compliance with set regulatory requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with other banks participating in the IPO process, where applicable.</li><li>Supervise the processing of IPO subscription applications, ensure that all documents are gathered to meet QNB and DSM requirements and ensure that all KYC and AML requirements are adhered to during the process.</li><li>Participate in marketing QNB services of dividend distribution/ IPO processing to listed corporate customers in coordination with other relevant departments/ units.</li><li>Continuous Improvement</li><li>Set examples by leading improvement initiatives through cross-functional teams ensuring successes.</li><li>Identify and encourage people to adopt practices better than the industry standard.
