The Regional Director of Facilities provides hands-on support for all aspects of plant services operations in each Benchmark community. You will organize, assist, and oversee all facilities related activities and associates to achieve a safe, secure environment along with meeting profit, and growth objectives.This role will support community locations in CT, NY, NJ, and 1 location in VA and will be required to travel approximately 80% of the time. Position is eligible for a monthly car allowance.
 
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 <ul>
<li>Responsible for managing the capital expense budget as well as implementation and tracking</li>
<li>Develops, implements, and monitors life safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance to regulations</li>
<li>Partners with the Senior Director of Facilities to develop and implement a detailed, long term plan to improve the overall facilities management of all Benchmark communities paying special attention to: expense control, preventative maintenance, fire safety, improvement of resident and associate safety, improvement in the compliance of all appropriate regulations, development of reasonable standards where appropriate, improve associate development and training for optimized performance</li>
<li>Partners with the Senior Director of Facilities to lead the organization in the event of a natural disasters or community emergency response</li>
<li>Provides facilities support on a wide range of issues relating to site and utilities including, but not limited to building envelope, machinery and equipment, environmental issues, building code and regulatory issues, and life safety issues</li>
<li>Responsible for supporting all communities in regards to the cap ex process and any situation in which the Executive Directors and/or Plant Operations Directors need additional expertise</li>
<li>Manages Special Projects that the individual properties need assistance to plan and implement, including, but not limited to larger scale construction renovations, phone and e-call/security system upgrades, major lighting upgrades, roof replacement, FF&E upgrades, common area carpet replacement, rot and mildew repairs/remediation and bulk purchases.</li>
<li>Develops short and long-term goals in alignment with the corporate business plan, with specific focus on capital expense</li>
<li>Manages all major corporate related facilities related issues such as HVAC roof top repairs, electrical upgrades, furniture purchases, door repairs, renovations, and major cleaning projects</li>
<li>Assists in defining hiring guidelines and selection process for Plant Service Directors at all communities</li>
<li>Conduct skills evaluations of all Plant Operations Directors</li>
<li>Provides overall management of one field-based direct report.</li>

Requirements

Education Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from an accredited university required. Equivalent combination of education/experience will be considered.

The Regional Communications Director will develop, plan, and implement communications and marketing activities that drive business objectives and results, raise the visibility of the Red Cross mission, support revenue generation, and educate the public on how to access Red Cross services. The Regional Customer Director for the Lifestyle sector (Consumer, Retail &amp; Fashion) is responsible for driving strategic growth, customer engagement, and commercial excellence across the MEA region. Sector Strategy &amp; Business Development<ul><li>
Develop and execute the MEA sector strategy for Consumer, Retail &amp; Fashion.</li><li>
Identify growth opportunities across lifestyle brands, retail chains, e-commerce platforms, and fashion customers.</li><li>
Lead go-to-market initiatives focused on omnichannel retail, e-commerce fulfilment, sustainable logistics, and supply chain optimization.</li></ul>
Customer Relationship Leadership<ul><li>
Serve as executive sponsor for high-value lifestyle sector customers.</li><li>
Lead strategic engagement with senior stakeholders and C-level decision-makers.</li><li>
Oversee account planning, business reviews, and long-term customer development.</li></ul>
Revenue &amp; Profit Growth<ul><li>
Own delivery of revenue, Gross Margin (GM), and EBIT targets for the sector.</li><li>
Drive cross-product growth across Express, Freight, Supply Chain, and eCommerce solutions.</li><li>

Position Summary: The Regional Human Resources Director (RHRD) serves as a senior, field-based HR leader responsible for aligning community-based HR operations with Maplewood Senior Living&rsquo;s strategy. This role provides strategic leadership across a cluster of communities while ensuring consistent execution of HR practices related to compliance, recruitment, retention, engagement, and workforce development.

Acting as a bridge between Home Office HR team and community operations, the RHRD directly supports and mentors on-site Community HR Directors, monitors key HR systems and processes (e.g., UKG, LMS), and ensures regulatory compliance in alignment with CQE standards and company policies. The RHRD also plays a pivotal role in advancing talent development, promoting employee engagement, and reinforcing Maplewood&rsquo;s culture and HEART values.

Key Responsibilities

Regional HR Leadership
<ul>
<li>Provide coaching, mentorship, and direct oversight to community-based HR Directors to ensure alignment with organizational policies, standards, and service expectations.</li>
<li>Serve as a primary escalation point for complex employee relations issues, investigations, and progressive discipline matters.</li>
<li>Conduct quarterly compliance site reviews, ensuring readiness for semi-annual CQE audits, including documentation, file maintenance, and training compliance.</li>
<li>Reinforce the consistent use of UKG and other HR tools to support audit readiness and operational efficiency.</li>

Recruitment &amp; Retention
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with Executive Directors and HR Directors to execute recruitment strategies, particularly for high-turnover and hard-to-fill positions.</li>
<li>Lead workforce planning efforts and monitor turnover metrics, aiming to support a minimum 10% reduction in regional turnover.</li>
<li>Strengthen early-tenure engagement through improved onboarding and 30/60/90-day check-ins.</li>

Talent Development &amp; Succession

<li>Support career pathing, performance management, and leadership development in coordination with LMS content and operational leadership.</li>

<li>Manage onboarding, orientation, and assimilation programs for new hires, including documentation and policy alignment.</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master&rsquo;s or HR certification preferred).</li>
<li>Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including multi-site oversight, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to lead HR professionals and manage field-based HR operations.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance auditing, employee relations, and HRIS systems (preferably UKG).</li>
<li>Proven success in reducing turnover, enhancing engagement, and implementing performance and learning systems.</li>
