Who You Are:
As a Regional Director, you will work as an individual contributor under the VP of Sales to achieve sales and profit goals within a designated region for Butler Plus. In this role, you will manage multiple districts within a region. You will collaborate with Property Managers, Owners, and C-suite Executives to build and present a value-based offering driven by a financial ROI. In addition, you will help design and recommend sales programs and set short- and long-term sales strategies. Further, you will evaluate and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region's sales volume by collecting relevant competitors' market information to increase sales volume and market share. Lastly, as a Regional Director, you may recommend products or service enhancements to improve our customer satisfaction and sales potential. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Generate new business by developing and cultivating existing relationships within the industry by networking and using outbound lead-generation techniques. This is a sales hunting, action forward role.</li><li>
Pull from industry knowledge, B2B sales experience, and overall business acumen to develop, implement and oversee the execution of a strategic plan for the sales/marketing function.</li><li>
Close new business while hitting targeted revenue and gross profit goals.</li><li>

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize Trash Butler's cutting-edge field app for efficient timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.</li><li>
Safely transport collected trash using your open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it in the on-site dumpsters, compactors or chute rooms.</li><li>
Perform additional services as needed at assigned communities, which may include but are not limited to: porter service, bulk item hauling, pet station waste removal, pressure washing, compactor clean-up, and light community cleanliness tasks.</li><li>
Maintain daily communication with your supervisor/manager to ensure a streamlined and effective workflow.</li><li>
Work quietly and efficiently, minimizing noise to avoid disturbance to residents.</li><li>

About the Role:
Healthy Kids Programs is seeking an experienced Regional Director to oversee our multi-site childcare programs across Connecticut. In this pivotal leadership role, you will ensure program excellence, support site directors, and maintain compliance with all CT Office of Early Childhood (OEC) Regulations. You will also foster strong relationships with families, staff, and communities.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide oversight and guidance for Before &amp; After School and Summer Camp programs across 9+ licensed sites.</li><li>
Recruit, train, supervise, and support site directors and staff, ensuring all employees meet OEC qualifications while upholding high-quality care.</li><li>
Ensure all programs comply with OEC licensing regulations, including staff-to-child ratios, safety, supervision, and program standards.</li><li>
Conduct regular site visits to monitor program quality and approve supply orders.</li><li>
Manage staffing, including attendance, callouts, skill development goals, and progressive discipline.</li><li>
Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance programs, expand the region, and implement innovative initiatives.</li><li>
Oversee budgets with a focus on payroll and resource management.</li><li>
Maintain strong positive relationships with site hosts, parents, and regulatory agencies.</li><li>

Requirements:

5+ years of supervisory experience, including staff and operations management.</li><li>
Head Teacher Certification for School Age students</li><li>
Connecticut Director&rsquo;s Credential (or completion of Administration and Supervision of Early Childhood Programs)</li><li>
Knowledge of CT Office of Early Childhood Regulations (OEC) and best practices.</li><li>
Experience with HR and payroll platforms, as well as registration and attendance tracking systems.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams), with the ability to analyze data, manage reporting, and support cross-functional communication.</li><li>
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>
Must pass all OEC-required background checks, be medically fit, and maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications.</li><li>
