The Senior Manager - Regional Finance Lead, Special Projects role supports the Director of Stores Finance, VP of Stores Finance, and the Regional Finance Lead team through financial leadership and ad hoc analytics. This role helps drive business goals, improve team processes, and create shareholder value with thought partnership on planning, forecasting, reporting, and actual reviews for the stores. This leader will perform deep dive financial analytics to support sales, cost out opportunities, and other key P&amp;L metrics, and is responsible for helping translate the impacts of strategic initiatives across the US Divisions' P&amp;L. The Role
 Join Adobe’s Professional Services organization in Riyadh as a Programme Manager/Principal Project Manager – Strategic Governance, where you will lead executive-level engagement, steer digital transformation governance, and drive the strategic value realization of Adobe’s enterprise programs across the Middle East. What You Need to Succeed
 
10+ years of experience leading projects in a consulting and/or technology professional services organization

THE ROLE Partner Stories and Proof Points <ul><li>Lead development of regional partner success stories, gathering use cases, testimonials, and business results.</li><li>Drafting and coordinating approvals for case studies, partner spotlights, and other proof-point content.</li><li>Maintain and manage a development pipeline for partner stories, tracking status, securing approvals, and monitoring publishing milestones.</li></ul>Tactical Execution and Project Management <ul><li>Oversee timelines and workflows for partner marketing deliverables; follow up with regional teams to collect necessary inputs and advance drafts to completion.</li><li>Track asset progress, address bottlenecks, and escalate issues as needed to ensure continuous workflow.</li></ul>Asset Development and Distribution <ul><li>Produce partner-facing marketing materials, such as presentations, briefs, summaries, and toolkits, while ensuring alignment with product marketing messaging.</li><li>Organize distribution of finalized materials to regional teams and maintain a centralized repository of current commercial channel assets.</li></ul>Reporting and Coordination <ul><li>Track deliverables, regional participation, and engagement across partner marketing activities while collecting feedback from regional teams on what content and stories resonate most.</li><li>Provide regular status updates and progress reports to Commercial Channel Marketing leadership.</li></ul>HOW TO BE A TOP CANDIDATE <ul><li>Must have at least 5 years of experience in B2B, channel, or partner marketing within a large company (1,000+ employees).</li><li>Experience managing marketing programs, including case studies, customer stories, or sales enablement content, coordinating timelines and deliverables across cross-functional teams.</li><li>Experience acting as a liaison between leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely communication</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Demonstrable experience interacting with senior leaders and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is required</li><li>Self-directed and able to manage projects with limited oversight</li><li>SharePoint or similar document repositories</li><li>Project tracking tools (Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar)</li><li>Marketing asset management or content management platforms</li></ul>BENEFITS <ul><li>Full employee benefits package includes 100% Liaison-paid medical and dental insurance</li><li>Paid vacation/sick and holiday leave</li><li>401k program with company matching</li><li>Liaison-paid Short- and long-term disability insurance</li><li>Paid group term life insurance</li><li>Optional supplemental insurance and life coverage</li><li>Optional Pet Insurance</li><li>Bright Wellness Program</li><li>Those enrolled in our medical plan get free access to an Employee Assistance Program</li></ul>Pay: $80,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote
