General working knowledge of banking products and services covered by CRA and CRA related investment vehicles.</li><li>
A solid understanding of FFIEC large bank examinations and CRA regulatory expectations.</li><li>
Willingness to travel up to 10% to visit staff and stakeholders in other locations.</li></ul><div>
Key Measures of Success/Key Deliverables:</div><ul><li>
Timely and accurate CRA performance reporting.</li><li>
Positive feedback from internal stakeholders on data quality and reporting support.</li><li>
Demonstrated understanding of CRA requirements and ability to apply them to reporting processes.</li><li>
Achievement of the Bank&rsquo;s desired CRA performance rating and positive examiner feedback on the overall CRA program.</li><li>
Proactive communication of regulatory changes and ability to implement those changes in a timely manner.</li><li>
Ability to complete tasks independently and collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives.</li></ul>
