The Compliance Reporting Analyst will work closely with the Compliance Reporting Team, and will support compliance reporting, client reporting, and regulatory reporting functions. This analyst role is responsible for reporting operations, regulatory support, and portfolio forecasting of Eversource&rsquo;s energy efficiency programs in Massachusetts. This reporting and forecasting provide insights for senior management, program managers, and external stakeholders on the operational objectives of the energy efficiency programs, which contribute to the success of the Commonwealth&rsquo;s clean energy and climate goals. The position will report to the Manager of Energy Efficiency Regulatory &amp; Planning.
Essential Functions:
Reporting Operations &amp; Regulatory Support (40%)<ul><li>
Operate reporting models to prepare quantitative results for filings in regulatory dockets, quarterly reports to public stakeholders, and internal management review.</li><li>
Perform quality control checks, reconcile data anomalies, and maintain process documentation, so results are traceable and reproducible.</li><li>
Maintain and update modeling assumptions, ensuring they remain consistent with the context and requirements of regulatory reports and audiences.</li><li>
Proactively identify opportunities to streamline reporting operations and processes.</li></ul>
Portfolio Forecasting &amp; Program Support (40%)<ul><li>
Support the development of portfolio forecasting methods to inform program planning, scenario analysis, and portfolio risk management.</li><li>
Perform variance analysis to identify portfolio-level risks and opportunities, and drill down to isolate the key drivers through both analysis and engagement with program managers.</li><li>
Distill program results into clear narratives and visuals for management and stakeholders; recommend corrective actions to mitigate budget issues and improve program efficiency.</li></ul>
Data Analysis &amp; Research (20%)<ul><li>
Maintain core datasets for historical analysis of program budgets and impacts.</li><li>

Qualifications:
