Role</b></p>
<p>
We are looking for someone with a background in healthcare and a foundational understanding of the complexity in digital health finance operations. We are seeking an individual who thrives in working cross functionally and is passionate about digging into Product, Commercial and Operational processes that tie directly to Sword&rsquo;s product monetization. This individual will be instrumental in working on organization-wide initiatives related to profitability operations but also in improving existing manual processes that support our exponential growth. We want someone who is able to think creatively on how to best leverage AI in improving the team&rsquo;s processes and be extra resourceful when it comes to operational improvements that accelerate cash collections. The ideal candidate is comfortable manipulating data to drive insights, motivated to learn, and eager to make an impact on finance operations at a fast-paced AI-driven healthcare company.</p>

In summary, we are looking for an individual who is a self-starter, craves a challenge, is able to move fast and questions the status quo. Healthcare provider RCM knowledge is a plus, but not required. Startup experience is preferred but not a must.    Key Responsibilities
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Work with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define data requirements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Examine data from multiple source systems and run comparison analysis for anomalies, errors, and inconsistencies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Design and implement mapping logic to cleanse, filter, and structure raw data into usable, high-quality data sets. Document data mappings, conversion rules, workflows, and ETL specifications.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work with technical SMEs and system administrators to create and optimize ETL processes, scripts, and workflows to move data between systems.
  </li>
  <li>
   Work with technical and functional SMEs to validate data and ensure high quality. Troubleshoot and problem solve data-related issues.

   Use statistical techniques to interpret data, identify patterns, and predict trends

   Create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

   </strong>
   in a data analyst or equivalent role

    Functional Experience:
   </strong>
   Supporting sales organizations and working with sales data, customer accounts data, and revenue data

    CRM
   </strong>
   : Experience with CRM Tools such as HubSpot, Bullhorn, and Gong

    BI
   </strong>
   : Experience with BI Tools such as Power BI or Tableau
