The base pay range for this position is between $88,000.00 to $121,000.00 annually.    3&ndash;6+ years of experience in Sales Performance, Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong experience in sales commission structures and incentive plans
  </li>
  <li>
   Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, modeling)
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  </li>
  <li>
   High attention to detail and data accuracy
  </li>

   Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
