Requirements:

Required Experience</b></p><ul><li>

Experience supporting ATO/continuous monitoring activities and maintaining security assessment artifacts (e.g., FIPS 199 and control evidence).</li><li>
Experience performing cybersecurity risk assessments for new systems/integrations/capabilities.</li><li>
Working knowledge of POA&amp;M management, governance SOP development, and compliance reporting.</li><li>
Experience coordinating across technical teams for incident response and vulnerability management activities.</li></ul><p><b>

The Credit Risk Manager Sr is responsible for oversight and administration of credit risk strategy programs for Consumer and Regional Banking. The position plays a key role in the identification and quantifying of credit risks across consumer and business lending segments, leveraging analytical techniques to inform strategy for optimizing risk and return in Huntington&rsquo;s Consumer and Regional Bank lending portfolios.</p><p></p><p><b>
Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Effectively manage credit risk to support business growth and scale within Huntington&rsquo;s existing risk appetite.</li><li>
Assess current credit performance relative to risk policies and thresholds while highlighting early warning signs and developing risk mitigation strategies.</li><li>
Support colleagues on the credit risk segment team by building data sets, performing statistical/data analysis, and documenting results in support of credit risk segment team projects.</li><li>
Identify new requests for credit changes or planned use of new models by actively engaging in recurring cross-functional meetings and projects.</li><li>
Provide analytical and consultative support on credit risk modeling projects for team colleagues and model stakeholders.</li><li>

Basic Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>

5+ years' experience with at least two consumer or regional bank lending verticals including Residential Mortgage, Home Equity, Indirect Auto, Consumer/Small Business Unsecured, Outdoor Power Equipment, Power Sports, Commercial &amp; Industrial, Commercial Real Estate, or Deposit Overdrafts</li><li>
Experience working with models or performing analysis to support a financial institution&rsquo;s underwriting, account management, or collections functions</li><li>
Familiarity with credit risk underwriting or collections processes or platforms, model governance standards, and data quality standards</li><li>
Solid understanding of factors driving credit risk outcomes for consumer or small business lending portfolios</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to convey ideas verbally and in writing with a clear, concise, and organized method appropriate for the intended audience including development of presentations and documents</li><li>
Familiarity with AI tools for coding/research</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail</li><li>
Strong analytical problem-solving skills</li><li>
Ability to work independently and proactively collaborate with subject matter experts to resolve issues and close any knowledge gaps</li><li>
