Job Summary: 
A Truitt &amp; White Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling and providing professional customer service to professional builders and consumers. This is accomplished by assisting customers to make purchase decisions, efficiently processing sales transactions and ensuring the customer has everything needed to complete their project. 
Handling stressful situations, staying organized, and communicating clearly and proficiently are all key components of this position. A strong belief in the mission and goals of the company are necessary to be successful in this position.

<ul><li>Provide superior on-site and telephone customer service ensuring sales and profit goals are met.</li><li>Work as part of a team of salespeople assigned to the responsibilities of answering our incoming sales calls.</li><li>Work with a range of products including our stocked hardware and building materials inventory as well as non-stocked special-order items.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with customers by supplying product information, producing timely quotes and following up on sales calls and inquiries.</li><li>Advising customers of products that fit their needs to their specific project.</li><li>Balance incoming sales calls with in-house Customer traffic.</li><li>Meet sales and margin goals.</li><li>Proficient in business grammar, both verbal and written.</li><li>Highly competent in the areas of accuracy, organization, adaptability, and dependability.</li><li>Calm working under pressure with the ability to work independently, multitask and meet sales related deadlines.</li><li>Problem solver, able to provide solutions and alternatives.</li><li>Able to lift and carry up to 40lbs.</li></ul></div>
