   Be available for On Call holiday rotation. The team will have one team member who is on call for holidays that land Monday-Friday. This is done on a voluntary basis and if there are no volunteers then it is assigned. It is expected that each team member will be available to work on call on holiday per year.

   Minimal distractions while working remotely from home. If you cannot have a dedicated workspace that is distraction free, please notify your leader. Your working area should not be a shared space that family, friends or children are often in due to PHI and HIPPA.
