<ul><li>Serve as the manager for the Content Management System (managing user access, permissioning, content governance, and maintaining optimal CMS health and integrity).</li><li>
Proactively develop and maintain flexible CMS modules and templates to support the needs of UX design, content creation, and technical SEO optimization.</li><li>
Own the daily production and implementation of high volumes of digital content across multiple partitioned sites within the CMS, collaborating directly with designers and writers to ensure technical execution meets creative specifications.</li><li>

<p><b>Marketing, Communications and Social Media Management</b></p>
<div><ul><li>Leads social media content creation, including planning and developing campaigns, crafting content, collaborating with local creators and influencers, posting, and managing community engagement.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all platforms and support communications development in collaboration with the external relations team and clinicians, including e-communications and other appropriate marketing content.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist with the inventory, updating, and delivery of communication materials&mdash;including signage, brochures, website content, fact sheets, FAQs, clinician profiles, and related assets.</li></ul>

<p><b>Content Creation and Strategy</b></p>

<p><b>Psychoeducational Events</b></p>
<div><ul><li>Support the Director of Marketing &amp; Communications in execution all TFI marketing-focused events including virtual psychoeducational programs, in-person events, seminars, and webinars&mdash;by developing marketing materials, organizing event-related assets, and leading day-of event coordination.</li></ul>
