NEW HIRE BONUS given to new employees - $150.00 full time after first 60 days worked. Quarterly bonus based on evaluations for security site supervisors.
 Security Site Supervisor Duties/Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Patrols and monitors an assigned area; report suspicious activities and document all suspicious activity;</li><li>
Monitors surveillance cameras, inspects property;</li><li>
Contacts law enforcement or fire department in case of an emergency;</li><li>
After business hours, checks doors, windows, and gates to ensure the property is secure;</li><li>
Investigates reports of suspicious activity on the property;</li><li>
Escorts discharged staff, trespassers, and other unwelcome parties off the premises;</li><li>
Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul>
 Required Skills/Abilities:<ul><li>
Excellent observational skills and attention to detail;</li><li>
Possess written and verbal communication skills;</li><li>
Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations;</li><li>
Ability to learn the layout of the property and buildings;</li><li>
Ability to communicate using a phone or hand held radios;</li></ul>
 Education and Experience:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>
Previous experience a plus, but not required.</li></ul>
 Physical Requirements:<ul><li>
Ability to patrol the property and access areas quickly;</li><li>
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and monitoring surveillance equipment;</li><li>
Prolonged periods standing and observing the property surroundings;</li><li>
Have the ability to twist and bend at the waist frequently;</li><li>
Ability to lift 50-100lbs.</li></ul>

Job Description</h2>
Allied Universal Services is seeking the position of an Armed Security Site Supervisor. 
The Armed Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. The Armed Site Supervisor will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers and security officers. They will supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range. 
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
<ul><li>Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner</li>
<li>Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.</li>

<li>Assures that employee grievances are heard with help from appropriate branch or region HR support employees</li>
