We are hiring a <b>Security Site Supervisor</b> in <b>Atchison, KS</b>, offering <b>$18.20 per hour</b>. This position is ideal for individuals with prior security experience who are ready to step into a leadership role overseeing daily operations, personnel, and site performance. The Site Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining a safe and professional environment while supporting both the client and security team.</p><ul><li><p>

<p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES:</b>
</p><ul><li>Oversee security operations and ensure compliance with customer and contract standards, including time and attendance tracking through the Post Tracking System (PTS) and adherence to Post Orders for assigned posts</li>
<li>Verify that contract-required training, screening, and certifications for all security personnel are current and meet client requirements, including AED/CPR, weapons qualification, and other contract-mandated training</li>
<li>Implement and enforce the Quality Control Plan by conducting regular inspections, addressing deficiencies, and ensuring adherence to all inspection and reporting requirements</li>
<li>Ensure accurate and timely reporting of incidents, including the use of bespoke customer forms for time tracking when PTS is unavailable, and completion of Prohibited Items Reports and Incident Reports as per client standards</li>
<li>Ensure that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training all Allied Universal&reg;. personnel assigned to his/her site)</li>
<li>Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met</li>
<li>Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by Allied Universal</li>
<li>Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance when assigned to his/her shift</li>
<li>Perform other operations and related functions (e.g., payroll, review and maintain incident reports, assist in preparation of security surveys and post orders)</li>
<li>Make recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions for those under his/her direct supervision</li>
<li>Respond to client requests</li>
<li>Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders</li>
<li>Provide direction and instruction to subordinates in regard to the performance of their duties</li>
<li>Disciplinary action/commendation decisions pertaining to security personnel</li>
<li>Make productivity and cost reduction recommendations to management</li>
<li>Make recommendations for physical security surveys and post orders</li>
<li>Make recommendations concerning disciplinary action/commendation decisions pertaining to security personnel</li></ul><p><b>
QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):</b>
</p><ul><li>Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment</li>
<li>Current driver's license if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle</li>
<li>Possess one or more of the following;</li>
<li>Minimum of two (2) years of armed security experience</li>
<li>Minimum of one (1) year of law enforcement experience in a full-duty status with a recognized law enforcement agency</li>
<li>A minimum of two (2) years of service in the U.S. Armed Forces</li>
<li>An Associate's degree or higher in any discipline with one (1) year of security supervisory/management experience</li>
<li>Be at least 21 years of age</li>
<li>Demonstrated knowledge of customer training certifications, such as NWDTP (National Weapons Detection Training Program) and other required refresher courses</li>
<li>Thorough understanding of customer and DHS security regulations and compliance standards</li>
<li>Proven ability in emergency response management, including familiarity with protocols for handling incidents such as civil disturbances, hazardous conditions, and emergency medical responses</li>

Prepares, files, and submits various reports as required.</li><li>

We are currently hiring an <b>Armed Security Site Supervisor</b> to oversee on-site armed security operations in the<b> Andalusia, AL </b>area. This position is ideal for candidates with prior military, law enforcement, or armed supervisory security experience who demonstrate strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to lead armed officers while maintaining a safe and secure environment.<br>

As an Armed Security Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising armed security officers, maintaining compliance with post orders, and serving as the primary point of contact between the client and DSI management. This is a hands-on role requiring both leadership and active armed security duties.<br>

<b>Duties &amp; Responsibilities</b></div>
<div></div><ul><li>Supervise and support armed security officers during assigned shifts</li>
<li>Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, employees, and visitors</li>
<li>Maintain visible armed presence to deter unacceptable or unsafe activities</li>
<li>Ensure officers comply with DSI and client-specific post instructions</li>
<li>Conduct vehicle and foot patrols in marked patrol units</li>
<li>Control access at main gates, checkpoints, and protected areas</li>
<li>Perform and oversee bag, vehicle, and personnel searches</li>
<li>Escort authorized personnel and vehicles as required</li>
<li>Respond to calls for service, incidents, and emergency situations</li>
<li>Provide armed response to security threats when required</li>
<li>Assist with tactical or contingency response based on post assignment</li>
<li>Observe, report, and correct safety hazards and suspicious activity</li>
<li>Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public</li>
<li>Complete and review incident reports, daily activity logs, and required documentation</li>
<li>Monitor officer performance and report concerns to branch management</li>
<li>Ensure officers maintain professional appearance and conduct</li>
<li>Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring of new officers</li>

<li>Valid state driver&rsquo;s license</li>
<li>Valid concealed carry permit and armed security license</li>

<li>Dependable vigilance and sound judgment at all times</li>
<li>Reliable transportation and means of communication</li>
<li>Working knowledge of security technology and access control systems</li>
<li>Basic to intermediate computer skills</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Experience enforcing policies, procedures, and regulations</li>
