A skilled PPM Planner is required to manage and optimize preventive maintenance schedules across multiple facilities. The role involves planning maintenance activities using CAFM systems, coordinating with teams and vendors, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and generating performance reports to support operational efficiency.</p><p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Your role</b></h2><p></p><p><b>
CAFM System Management</b></p><p></p><ul><li>
Administer and maintain the Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system for accurate data input, updates, and reporting.</li><li>
Develop templates for asset data collection and oversee the creation of asset registers.</li><li>
Assign SFG20 standards or equivalent specifications to assets and schedule preventive maintenance.</li><li>
Ensure CAFM integration with FM processes and provide training to end-users.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Facilities Management Support</b></p><p></p><ul><li>
Plan and monitor PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and reactive maintenance activities.</li><li>
Generate and analyze reports for KPIs, compliance, and performance tracking.</li><li>
Support FM projects with accurate CAFM data for audits and client reporting.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Operational Excellence</b></p><p></p><ul><li>
Ensure adherence to Qatar FM standards and international best practices.</li><li>
Coordinate with service providers and contractors for task allocation and performance monitoring.</li><li>
Implement continuous improvement initiatives for CAFM utilization and FM workflows.</li></ul><p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
About you</b></h2><p></p><ul><li>
BSc or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline.</li><li>
Preferred: Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or equivalent.</li><li>
Minimum 5 years in the same CAFM-focused position within the Facilities Management field.</li><li>
Overall 15+ years of experience in Facilities Management or related roles.</li><li>
Proven experience in large-scale FM projects and multi-site operations.</li><li>
Advanced knowledge of CAFM systems and MS Office tools.</li><li>
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to manage complex FM operations and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>
Familiarity with SFG20 standards, ISO FM standards, and Qatar regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Experience in asset lifecycle management, space planning, and energy management.</li><li>
Report writing and presentation skills for senior management.</li></ul><p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
