Torch Technologies is seeking an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to maintain responsibility for cybersecurity activities associated with day-to-day security operations and software development lifecycles within CMOS, OLVIMS and MARKS. CMOS is a joint use program. Air Force, Army, Navy, Marine Corps, National Security Agency, and Defense Contract Management Agency transportation activities use CMOS to automate and streamline base level cargo movement processes and support rapid movement of military assets worldwide. CMOS is a DoD directed program which addresses critical shortfalls in moving cargo and people in support of the DoD mission. CMOS automates and streamlines base-level cargo movement processes in peacetime as well as cargo and passenger movements during contingencies. OLVIMS Dispatch is utilized by Vehicle Operations personnel to manage transportation requests, dispatch vehicles and manage driver utilization. The application is also used to issue and track Air Force Motor Vehicle Operator Identification Cards (driver licenses) and Driver Records, to include vehicle qualifications, restrictions, certifications, and violations. MARKS is part of the Headquarters Air Force Logistics, Engineering &amp; Force Protection (AF/A4) portfolio and used to support household good shipments of military members and authorized DoD civilians. HQ Personal Property Activity (HQ PPA) utilizes MARKS to receive, track, and store all documentation related to the shipment of household goods. Required Qualifications:
This position requires a highly motivated individual with experience in cybersecurity. Position Overview:
S2Technologies is seeking a Nuclear Analyst to provide expert analytical, technical, and programmatic support to Headquarters Department of the Air Force (DAF/A10) across the Nuclear Enterprise mission area. In this role, you will support nuclear stockpile sustainment, NC3 modernization and survivability analysis, strategic policy development, and seniorleader governance activities. The Nuclear Analyst will develop highquality analytical products, support interagency and DoD nuclear forums, and assist in the integration of nuclear modernization efforts within the Air Force's strategic deterrence mission. This position is ideal for a detailoriented national security professional with strong experience in nuclear policy, NC3 systems, or strategic deterrence operations.
Position Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Conduct research and analysis to support Air Force nuclear stockpile sustainment, modernization planning, nuclear policy development, and strategic deterrence initiatives. Prepare clear, high-quality policy papers, briefs, and decision documents for senior leaders. Review, draft, and coordinate nuclearrelated staff packages, requirements, and documentation. Support analysis of NC3 system readiness, survivability, cybersecurity, and capability gaps. Assist in evaluating Joint and DoD nuclear requirements and their impact on Air Force programs. Position Requirements:<ul><li>
Minimum 5-8 years of experience supporting nuclear enterprise, strategic deterrence, NC3, or related DoD programs. Strong knowledge of nuclear policy, strategic deterrence concepts, and Air Force or DoD nuclear mission areas. Experience conducting research, policy analysis, capability assessments, or technical evaluations related to nuclear or NC3 systems. Ability to prepare highquality analytical products, including briefs, white papers, and decision support materials for senior leaders. Familiarity with Joint, Combatant Command, or DoD nuclear requirements, governance forums, or mission planning processes. Experience reviewing and coordinating staff packages, comment resolution matrices, or policy and requirements documentation. Ability to analyze complex technical, operational, and programmatic information and translate it into clear, actionable recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interface with senior military, civilian, and interagency stakeholders.</li></ul>
Preferred Skills:<ul><li>
Experience supporting AF/A10, Air Force Global Strike Command, USSTRATCOM, or other organizations within the nuclear enterprise.
