<ul><li>International standards (AWWA, BS, ASTM)</li>
<li>UAE local regulations</li>
</ul></li><li>Conduct design checks and QA/QC reviews</li>
</ul><p></p><div><b>Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field</li>
<li>Master&rsquo;s degree (preferred)</li>
</ul><p></p><div><b>Experience Requirements</b></div>
<ul><li>8&ndash;12 years of experience in wet utilities design</li>
<li>Strong experience in <b>UAE infrastructure projects (mandatory)</b></li>
<li>Experience working in <b>engineering consultancy / design offices</b></li>
</ul><p></p><div><b>Technical Skills</b></div>
<ul><li>Expertise in:
<ul><li>Water supply &amp; sewer network design</li>
<li>Stormwater management systems</li>
<li>Hydraulic modeling software</li>
</ul></li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations</li>
</ul><p></p><div><b>Soft Skills</b></div>
<ul><li>Strong communication and coordination skills</li>
<li>Ability to work with remote teams (Egypt&ndash;UAE coordination)</li>
<li>Time management and deadline-oriented</li>
</ul><p></p><div><b>Preferred Requirements</b></div>
<ul><li>Previous experience working from offshore design centers (Egypt/India) for UAE projects</li>
<li>Familiarity with authority submission processes in UAE</li>
<li>Arabic language skills (advantage)</li>
