 As a Senior Legal Manager, you will&nbsp; work closely with our group legal team to play a pivotal role in overseeing legal compliance and providing legal guidance across various aspects of our business in KSA, including commercial contracts and transactions, litigation matters, and employee relations.  In this role, you will:

 Requirements

 Qualified lawyer with a law degree (or equivalent) and professional legal admission

 6+ years of post-qualification experience;

 Relevant technical expertise (private practice or in-house), in a similar role in KSA preferred;

How you&rsquo;ll make an impact:
The Senior Manager, Corporate Counsel, Commercial Contracts is responsible for the timely and thorough review, negotiation and counsel of a wide variety of commercial, IT and Software as a Service (&ldquo;SaaS&rdquo;) agreements. This role will be reporting directly to the Director, Corporate Counsel within the Law Department&rsquo;s Commercial group. The Senior Manager will collaborate with various teams across the Law Department including IP and Privacy, and will address legal issues across various business units and corporate functions, including Global Supply Chain and IT.
<ul><li>Provide legal guidance to the company focused on artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, and intellectual property issues while negotiating a broad range of IT agreements (e.g., data license agreements, software development agreements, hardware purchase agreements, service level agreements (SLAs), end-user license agreements (EULAs), maintenance and support agreements, SaaS and related cloud-based agreements) and commercial agreements (e.g., non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), master service agreements (MSAs), material transfer agreements (MTAs), and manufacturing supply agreements).
</li><li>Work directly with and advise key decision-makers in contract negotiations and other business arrangements, including identifying AI, cybersecurity, data privacy and intellectual property risks and proposing solutions to key business issues.
</li><li>Develop, manage and conduct training for internal clients and the Contract Management Team within Legal Department on legal review guidelines.
</li><li>Work on special projects and strategic initiatives, including Legal Department&rsquo;s efforts related to contract management and technology, such as AI applications and contract systems.
</li></ul>What you&rsquo;ll need (required):
<ul><li>J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school with 4 years of legal experience at a law firm or in-house legal department.
</li><li>Relevant industry experience (e.g., medical device, pharmaceuticals, etc.) or in highly regulated environments
</li></ul>What else we look for (preferred):
<ul><li>Background in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or related healthcare industry
</li><li>Understand key issues around AI, cybersecurity, data privacy, and intellectual property rights.
</li><li>Excellent analytical, detail-oriented, organized and information seeking skills.
</li><li>Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment; set priorities for self and applicable team members.
</li><li>Ability to think strategically, analyze problems and present creative and practical legal business solutions; escalate issues to management as appropriate.
</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives.
</li><li>Understanding of related aspects of legal processes and/or systems.
</li></ul>Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.
For California, the base pay range for this position is $142,000 to $201,000 (highly experienced).
