About The Role</div><div>
As a Cross Border Operations Professional, you will be the link between Trendyol Express and our international logistics partners. You&rsquo;ll help build and run our operations from the ground up, manage first-mile coordination between warehouses and cargo partners and track their performance. By following key KPIs and taking action when needed, you'll ensure smooth and reliable deliveries. You&rsquo;ll also create simple and effective solutions to improve operations and offer the best possible delivery experience to our customers.</div></div>

Building and running a start-up business operation from scratch</li><li>
Manage first-mile coordination between our warehouse and cargo partners and follow up on their performance as a stakeholder management scope</li><li>
Follow KPI's and perform corrective activities in case of needs</li><li>
Create effective solutions to operational problems</li><li>
Create new alternative solutions to give the best delivery experience to customer</li></ul></li></ul></div></div>
<div><div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Expected Qualifications</h3><ul><li><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from reputable universities (engineering, business administration, economy, etc.)</li><li>
Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce and/or retail logistics</li><li>
E-commerce and/or cross-border logistics experience, air and/or road cargo transportation, and project management know-how are a must</li><li>
Experience in related operations such as e-fulfillment, cross-dock, cargo/distribution, etc. is a plus</li><li>
Customer and solution-oriented, having an analytical mindset, customer and result-oriented approach, conflict management skills</li><li>
Good at with MS Office programs</li><li>
Fluency in English</li><li>
This position includes specialist, senior specialist experiences</li></ul></li></ul></div></div>
<div><div>Preferred Qualifications</div><ul><li>Experience working with international stakeholders or multicultural teams</li><li>Familiarity with customs regulations and international trade compliance</li><li>Knowledge of international delivery models (e.g. DDP, DAP, incoterms)</li></ul><div></div><div>
