 Manage and develop key regional suppliers, ensuring strong relationships and performance improvement.

 Own and implement the regional sourcing strategy for fully regional categories.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive and coordinate the approval process of new regional materials in collaboration with R&amp;D and change management team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee procurement, transportation, distribution, and stock control activities for products and raw materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with company procedures and accurate system records for materials and finished goods warehouses.
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously research alternative sources, materials, and suppliers to drive innovation and improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain close cooperation and regular communication with global procurement teams and headquarters to align processes, share best practices, and support global sourcing initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the integration of sustainability, compliance, and risk management standards into local procurement activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate knowledge transfer and collaboration between local and global teams to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with group standards.
 </li>

 Prepare and submit regular performance and management reports to senior leadership.

 Your profile
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master&rsquo;s degree is a plus).
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing management, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in import/export operations, customs procedures, and logistics management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BRC or similar quality management systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, planning, and reporting skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in coordination with global procurement teams and multicultural environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Result-oriented, cost-conscious, and capable of driving continuous improvement projects.
