 Ensure seamless connection between AI tools and existing systems (ERP, CRM, Odoo, Google Workspace, Salesforce, etc.).

 Validate project deliverables against business requirements, accuracy, and ROI expectations.

 Define success metrics and KPIs for each AI initiative (e.g., hours saved, process accuracy, cost reduction).
